Although the vets are awesome - the office staff has room for much improvement. Communication is poor and the customer is expected to know when new policies are put into effect rather than explaining them when appointments are made. If you do not explain these changes at the time appointments are made - you can expect a loss of clientele. Note to current customers - request your prescriptions be sent to Costco - you will save about 1/2 of what you pay here.

Ive been taking my dogs and cats here for 10+ years. You simply cannot find a better group of vets --and Dr. Manubay is The Best! Everyone here truly cares about animals and I highly recommend Center West Animal Hospital in Westlake, OH.
