Went there for the first time today after getting a glowing review from a friend. We found a lump on our newest addition and were concerned. They were able to get us in same day which was awesome! Dr. Hughes and his staff took their time examining her (even though she was scared to death and not being very cooperative) and explained everything that they did and what they thought the issue was. We have been to several vets in Hamilton over the years and I can say without a doubt that Dr. Hughes has the best bedside manner, which this fur parent really appreciates! Thanks Dr. Hughes - youve got another lifetime client!

For my entire life my family went to another vet in Hamilton and when my husband and I moved in we called that vet. They were completely booked and not taking new clients. Boy am I glad! Dr. Hughes is an amazing vet. Hes personable and is amazing with the animals. My pets can be completely wired and nervous but as soon as he comes in they are calm and cooperative. He is an astounding vet and is willing to sit with you for a few extra minutes to answer any questions. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I 100% recommend this animal hospital. Its an intimate setting and you know youre getting great pet care.

I have been taking my Pet there for many years. Last week, she got really sick and they couldnt even squeeze her in or seemed to care one bit. I took her to a wonderful place in West Chester and they have called every day to check on her. I am very disappointed with their lack of caring after all of these years. Spoke with Ashley over the past week, and she did not once ask how are dog was doing. No more referrals to this place and will never go back.

I dont think Ive ever had a better experience at a vets office. I went in worried that I would be looked down on for the shape that my new kitten was in but they werent belittling at all. Everyone was friendly from the other patients to the people working there. They were very gentle with my baby kitten and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend going to them!

My husband and I know and trust the experienced staff at Brookside which doesnt always come with a low price. For routine needs we have at times utilized less expensive care but when it comes to more urgent matters we have returned time and again, for the 8 years we have lived here. Certainly a great clinic, minimal wait time, inviting, you name it.. check them out!

Wort experience of my or my animals life, this place only cares about getting large sums of money from you and cares not a bit about your animals... its not a hospital its a hotel you have to wait a week to get into and then get ignored by some of the most annoying ignorant people on the planet. save your pet and your money go somewhere else.

Dr Hughes was great with our dog Ruby! She is usually very nervous and shakes at the vet, but she was actually very comfortable here. And we owe Dr. Hughes a great deal of thanks! He found something wrong with our baby girl that another vet misdiagnosed. She is getting her much needs treatment now!

After meeting the vet and the way he treated my sweet fur baby Willow, we have decided to switch our other two to him also. Very personable and knowledgeable. An all around great experience and even received a call from them a few days after the visit to check up on Willow!
