I took two kittens in to be spayed and they were both ear tipped without my knowledge. When I asked the receptionist why they were, she said they do not eat tip there, then the vet tech said since they were my "fosters", which were all paid for by me, they ear tipped them. She knew I had an adopter for them. These kittens were not feral and I was never asked. Then later I got call from. A vet tech on Dr. Parkers behalf on a kitten I adopted out, stating my adoption contract was null and void and the adopter could declaw if she wanted to. Do not know where Dr. Parker went to vet school, but she is not an atty, at least to my knowledge. After sending the contract to my attorney, I found out it was indeed a valid contract. She has no business giving legal advice. I went to her for help with my fosters and all I got was grief. Everything is paid for out of my own pocket, I get no donations for and I was treated very poorly by Dr. Parker. My protocol on dewormings and vaccines are correct and she can argue with me until shes blue in the face. She is not the only vet in town and my recommendations have been given to me by several vets and that is the protocol I use and will always use. She told the tech to tell me deworming a kitten before six weeks will do nothing. Bs. If u have a kitten from unknown history, worms can kill it well before that age. So yes, I will deworm a kitten before the age of six weeks. She needs to get off her high horse and work with her clients and not against them. I was also accused of adopting out a kitten under age. She saw the kitten at about 10 weeks old, the kitten was transported to me by another rescue at the age of two days old. That kitten was adopted out at eight weeks. Either learn to read teeth better or trust your clients more. I have never felt so belittled as I had that day. She had a vet tech call me to do her dirty work. Not sure why she would not do it herself. Education is one thing but the way she went about it was wrong. All she succeeded in doing was chasing off business and any referrals I would have possibly sent her way. That includes the adopter to the kitten she said was underage. I sent proof, dated pics of the kitten when he arrived in my care, to the new owner so she knew that baby was not underage. The vet also misread the records and accused me giving the kitten kaopetate. If she get over herself long enough to just clairfy things and reread and not accuse, she would have kao-pec. Approved for kittens, but Im sure Ill get an argument from that. The contracts I have for my adopted out cats is all I have to protect them once they leave my care and for a vet to blatantly disregard that trying to sell a declaw is just wrong. FYI, for a valid contract all you need is a date, terms and both parties to agree. Pass that along.

Everyone there was incredibly friendly, but the positivity of the experience stopped there. Brought my cat Oliver there because he stopped eating, was losing weight, staggering and drooling. They began the conversation by telling me he probably had kidney or liver problems and was going to die, sending me into tears. They asked to keep him overnight. The next day, and $400 later, they told me he was perfectly healthy and all their tests proved it. They sent me home with a appetite inhibitor medication, which was properly administered until it was gone. When he got home, he ate nonstop, but with each day he ate less and less, until he returned to his previous state. Now, unable to afford another visit, i was forced to hand feed him, but in a few short days, he died in pain, crying until his last breath. Perhaps they cant be blamed for the death of a 16 year old cat. They certainly werent directly responsible and at that age, went cats days are numbered. However, they knew from the beginning that i could not afford much. That didnt stop them from taking so much money for an incorrect diagnosis. Now my best friend is gone and Ill never even know why.

Today my wife took one of our females to the Medina Veterinary Clinic in Medina. They performed a spay on her and sent her home with no pain medication. How is this an acceptable practice? In addition to this barbaric practice they left her in a cage from 7:30am untill 2:30 pm when Wendy picked her up without taking her out to relieve herself. Changed charges and were plain rude. How does a vets office run like this? Seriously would you have major invasive surgery performed and not get medication for pain? Then the vet left immediately after the procedure. What if something happened? Are you going to allow your unqualified staff take care of complications? This office is a joke.

I just absolutely love Dr Parker and her staff. They are all so very helpful and truly have the well-being of your pet as their first priority. They dont pushed for expensive tests, procedures, etc., but still make sure your pet gets the best of care. I just recently had to take one of my pets to an emergency vet clinic, because Dr. Parkers office was closed. The very next day Dr. Parkers office called me, after receiving the report from the emergency clinic, just to check up and get a progress report on how my pet was doing after her emergency visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Parkers practice to anyone looking for a vet for their pets.

Literally the worst experience at a vet ever. Too much to complain about. But the staff has bad attitudes and our first trip we were seen 2 hours late because they had emergencies. But when I called with an emergency about 4 months later-- they blew me off. very unprofessional and I will never refer people here. Absolutely awful!

Dr. Parker and the entire staff is more than a typical vet. They treat your pets as their own, they empathise with you when your pet is sick and provide the best and humane care possible. Dr. Parker wants the best quality of life for your animal. We have lived many places and had several vets, bar none Dr. Parker is the best.

Dr. Parker & her staff go out of their way to help you. She is all about the animals and will tell you what all your options are. She treats all the animals that come to see her as if they were her own and she never rushes you out when you have a question. I have been coming to this particular clinic for 25+ years now!

Dr. Parker and her staff were very compassionate and attentive during the loss of our dog Buster. Although initially apprehensive, they only ordered the most necessary tests and procedures to help extend the life of our pet while maintaining his quality of life.
