First of all let me start by saying that i have been using this vet for over 20 years. She has treated all of my cats and dogs over those years. My dogs loved her so much all I had to say was lets go to Dr. Lindas and they were in the car. She has taken excellent care of all of my animals! As most of you know vet care is expensive and Linda offers services with prices unmatched by any vet. During a recent hostage situation by a wild person who lost their dog during surgery she even remained cool. Anyone knows that any animal or person undergoing surgery takes a risk even people! She does not do preliminary blood work on animals before she does surgery if it is something like spayed or neutered because most vets do not. Anyway back to the hostage situation, recently a man entered her business place after loosing his dog during a surgery. He did not even take the dog in it was someone in his family. After loosing this animal this man threatened the doctors life. Not to mention taking out his pen knife and repeatedly stabbing his dead dogs body while in a body bag. They use body bags for human cadavers as well as animals. After about a 1-2 hr standoff of repeatedly threatening Linda. He calls his Mommy to get him out of trouble. Nobody from his family who was with him would even stand up to this madman!! Linda my words to you is there are psycho people everywhere!!! You are a great vet, and thank you for all of the care and love you have given our animals over the years!!! People like that will get theirs in the end!!

PLEASE AVOID! I took my healthy 7 month old lab here to save some money on getting my love spayed. Not knowing that the waiting area was were Linda Mc Fall does her surgeries, I felt comfortable leaving my puppy there. An hour later I get a call saying my puppy, the love of my life, was dead. I was not told of any risks of death by Linda Mc Fall. She could not give me any reasoning except everything went perfect and she did not know what happened. She did not do any prior tests to find out if there was something wrong with her. On top of everything, she put my gorgeous puppy in a bag before I even got a chance to see her. I searched the entire building and noticed that the place was extremely unsanitary and was obviously not equip for surgeries such as getting a dog spayed. I asked for all paperwork she did for my puppy and she did NOT do any! she had no records of what drugs or amounts she gave her. She did not have me sign anything prior to the surgery. This was my first dog. She was everything I ever wanted but could never get until I moved out of my parents. Please do not make the same mistake I did and lose your sweet pet. Make sure you do your research and do not go the cheap route. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TORONTO VETERINARY SERVICES AND LINDA MC FALL, DVM!!!!!!!

I take my babies (the ones with fur!!) to Dr Linda. She is the most kind and gentle person. She has a way with animals. Linda truly loves her job and the animals she cares for, and it shows in her work. She does not do unnecessary things just to make money off of you. At my kittens first appointment we talked about the fact that the cat was to be an indoor only cat. Linda stated the cat did not need shots if she wouldt be outside at all. She very easily could have given the shots and charged me, I would not have known any difference. As it turns out, the little stinker started sneaking out, so she had to go back and get them anyway! I am sorry for the people who gave negative ratings based on the loss of their pets. I know it hurts terribly to lose a pet, but there are risks with any surgery, and we must weigh the risks versus benefits. I am an RN and can tell you countless stories of people who have had every preop test in the world, were totally healthy, and died in surgery, some just for minor elective procedures. Dr Linda is experienced, knowledgable and caring. I dont believe anything could have changed the outcome for these pets, and I am sure she did everything in her power to try to save them. BEST Vet ever!!! Dr Linda has cared for my familys pets for years and now she takes care of my animals! Dr Linda McFall cares deeply for her clients animals! My chocolate lab hears the words "Dr Linda" and the dog is waiting by my husbands car door! I read the comment below and I am in complete SOCK! I know for a fact that my Lab was taken back to a sterile room to be spayed and I know for a fact the my 8 month old kitten was taken back to a sterile room to be nueter and declawed! I WOULD NOT TRUST THE CARE OF MY ANIMALS TO ANY OTHER VET!!! My animals are my children and they get the Best of everything!!!

Linda has been our familys vet for years. Our pets are our fur babies. We wouldnt take them to anyone who wouldnt provide excellent care. She is compassionate and kind to the animals, even when she has to put them down . Which she has for many of our very old pets. My son , whose in the military recently came home for a visit and she cleaned my granddog Colins teeth and pulled some. He gave her high marks for the great job she had done on his dog. I would recommend her to anyone who has a pet they love.

Amazing care and treatement. Dont bother with any of the vets in Steubenville. The down-to-earth approach of the lead vet is wonderful....it was all about whats best for the animal and not taking advantage of the owner. And you know what else? I wasnt turned away because I didnt have an appointment.

Wouldnt even let me make an appointment for my sick puppy cause he was a pound dog!!! She straight up told me that all pound dogs were worthless!!! Never again will I ever deal with such a closed minded witch.

Awesome vet! This place is fantastic, and the approach is very common sense. The vet doesnt try to scam you on getting extra tests or expensive meds. Love, love love this place :)
