If I could give no stars, I would. My family and I had a truly horrible experience with this facility for eight grueling days. My dog received better care at the end of her life in an animal hospital than my 69 year old grandmother received in this hospital. The only time we saw her nurses and doctors were when my grandfather went to hunt them down and begged them to assist my grandmother. While in their care my grandmother was ignored to the point of developing bed sores and blood clots. Not once did they try to get her up out of bed, even when she asked. They left a nasogastric tube down her nose for her entire stay that they never used. We ended up having to transfer her back to a hospital icu because they were giving her medications in incorrect doses causing serious injury to her health. Im convinced she would have died had we left her there one more day.

I have worked for post acute for 5 years and have seen great success in patient care over these years. The only stand alone Ltach in the Tulsa area with the best ICU services and wound care bar none! ONLY HOSPITAL IN OKLAHOMA to be awarded the gold seal in ventilator management as certified by the joint commission. If you are considering this facility for the care of your loved one or yourself, please ask to speak with a representative and read for yourself the success stories.

My uncle was on a ventilator and the hospital was having trouble trying to get him off of it. My cousin had him taken to post acute for care. They did an awesome job and got him off the breathing machine. He loved the nurses and the people that got him breathing on his own. The physical therapist got him strong enough to go home. I would highly recommend using this hospital. They even let my aunt stay with him until he got better. Very clean and very good doctors. Thank you

I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. Nurse Melinda is the rudest most inconsiderate heartless witch there. My mother is now being moved to a better place where she will be taken care of now. I wish there were no stars to give! I left there that day with a heavy heart and prayed for God to step in and give every patient there a sense of peace and comfort. Maybe the facility is OK I dont know bit I do know that nurse is RATCHET!!!

I recently discharged from Post Acute. Everything about my stay was wonderful. Nursing and nurse aids were very caring and helpful. They taught me what I needed for my diabetes and physical therapy helped me get stronger and helped me get back home. This is truly a caring environment and all of the staff was great!

This is my second visit (2nd parent) to be hospitalized at PAMS. So far, I have been extremely impressed by the staffs friendly, and professional staff. I have experienced very poor treatment from other facilities. I cannot thank the staff enough for alleviating a good portion of my stress! Keep up the great work!

My husband was on a breathing machine for a month before going to this place. He was breathing on his own within 2 weeks and was able to go back home on the 5th week. Thanks to all of the nurses and respiratory staff at Post Acute my husband has his life back.

Very Poor care!! Almost let my father-in-law die from hunger!!! Would not even shave him nor cut his hair. We are strongly thinking about suing this place.
