I would recommend this facility. From the moment we dropped off our car at the free valet to the moment we picked up our car we had the BEST experience. Normally, we would be wondering around looking for the place we had to be, but not here, they provide a worker who walks with you to your sign in desk, then walks you to the pre-op room where the IV etc is done. The waiting room for family members was spacious, there were computer screens you can monitor to keep up dated on where your loved one is in the process. Then once time came to go see your loved one, you are walked right to them while they finish recovering. The nurses were wonderful, nice and patient with all the questions I had. We got a call today (Monday) to check up on how my husband was doing after surgery (Friday). Thank You to the team of folks for helping us thru what could have been a very stressful process.

I drove my brother to the Orthopedic Hospital, which is now also called Oklahoma Surgical Hospital. He was scheduled for an epidural spinal steroid injection for back pain. Parking choices in the lot did not look good. I pulled up to the door to let my brother out so he wouldn’t have to walk so far. We were offered free valet parking. Just inside the door was a hostess that greeted and gave directions to patients of the facility. That was handy. We found our way to the pain center. The staff was friendly, and there was comfortable seating in the waiting area. They ran on schedule pretty well so we didn’t have to sit around waiting a long time. Dr Reginald Scott gave the injection. He was compassionate and got it over with easily. The injection was successful in helping with pain relief.

Dr. Brad Boone scoped both of my knees there yesterday. Did it as an out patient. The was the 1st time Ive been to a hospital where I felt everything was done for patient. My experience at OK surgical Hospital at Cityplex Towers was 1st class all the way. Staff was excellent. My surgical team was perfect. Op room experience was great. Answer all questions and was informative with me until my lights went out. Upon waking up in recovery, staff was incredibly attentive. Everything was safety first. Had no nausea, never cold, Post op instructions were explained and illustrated. This was an easy five star review. The person who picked me up said it was perfect from their perspective too. I talked to a number of people who were staying in hospital. They said it was thumbs up!

My wife had surgery at OSH in November 2014. We received ultimate nursing care and surgical performance. OSH is a like a five star motel with five star nursing care. The staff was absolutely fabulous. We could not have asked for a better medical staff. This was our first visit to the hospital and we were apprehensive, but can say without doubt...have peace of mind if you are having surgery at OSH. It is top notch in every category of care in our opinion. We have been to many hospitals through the years with the births of our 5 children and routine surgeries, but no hospital comes close to the treatment and care we received at OSH. If you are feeling that apprehensiveness about their care...dont. Lol. Truly, they are fantastic!

All I have to say is, this facility is amazing. The staff treats you like you are a welcome guest, and Im talking about every part of the staff, regardless of position. Hospitality, housekeeping and room service (thats right, I said room service) to the RNs, physicians, anesthesiologists. Everyone was very professional and attentive and compassionate. If I ever have another procedure, I will definitely be coming back to this facility! And my surgeon, Dr. Michael Griffin (general surgeon) is a world class surgeon and human being! My favorite nurses was definitely Chikako (pronounced Chicago). She always went above and beyond, and I can say the same for 99% of the entire nursing staff.

I had my gallbladder removed there and was very impressed with the staff and the facility. Everyone working there are professional, caring, knowledgeable and very friendly. The hospital, post op, recovery, operating room, waiting rooms and the room I was in before being released were all extremely clean. I will be having any future procedures there and will refer my family and friends.

Weve have unfortunately been here three times in the past six months for both outpatient and inpatient surgery and every time Ive been impressed with their care. From the valet parking to the nurses to the room service staff.. Everyone is extremely patient and caring. This place makes other hospitals look like 3rd world countries.

I recommend you request another location for surgery. Post-Op was ridicoulous. I wasnt informed on how to do after care, the post op nurse was argumentative and not willing to listen to questions I had. When my surgery was done, my doctor had left before I woke up so I was unable to communicate about the surgery with him.

They offer Valet parking for free and NO TIPPING is allowed to help patients get in and out of the hospital easier. They also have people to escort you to the department that you are needing to go to. All you have to do is check in at Guest Services and you are taken care of for the rest of your visit.

If you have a scheduled procedure, the staff are amazing. Attentive and consistent from shift to shift. My rooms were kept clean and disinfected numerous times a day. I cannot say enough about the level of care and kindness I received from every single person there. (I spent nearly 6 weeks there)
