We asked the lady taking my BP if she would come to this practice if she was expecting...DEER IN HEADLIGHTS...no words needed to be exchanged after that. If their own staff wont go there for a pregnancy, what does that tell you? The one star I give is for the lady taking my BP...she was HONEST with us, and for that, I will be forever grateful. I left this practice and went to one that far exceeds this office in care and attention to the patient. My first question for the midwife in my NEW practice...would you come here. Her response, without hesitation...I would, in fact, my pregnant daughter comes here. I came to this practice because I wanted a female Dr. and a small practice. It was my first pregnancy. It should have been one of the happiest times of my life. Coming to this practice was overwhelmingly upsetting, stressful, and frustrating. I was already about 2.5 months pregnant. I scheduled my initial appointment for as soon as I was able to. My husband and I both took off work and went in for my appointment. I had filled out paperwork prior to going. When I got to my appointment, I spent about 10 minutes filling out "additional" paperwork, that was a lot of the same things I had already filled out. I was brought back to the room, only to find out I would be taking a pee test, have my BP taken, and thats it. I didnt get to see the Dr. I had to go out and schedule another appointment for about a week later. At that point, I also had to schedule another appointment for a week after that. 3 appointments in 3 weeks. (When I went to my new practice, they were more than able to do everything in 1 visit. Turns out, they arent just in it for the money...they always do it all in 1 appointment.) I left this appointment upset that I didnt get to talk to my Dr., and I learned nothing that I didnt already know. I decided it was just an emotional day maybe, and once I got to meet the Dr., things would be better. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I took off work and went back the next week. When I got to my appointment, I again filled out a TON of the same information I had already filled out twice now. In addition to what I had already filled out, I had to sign a bunch of new papers about costs that I would incur personally...they said insurance would not cover. I was in with the lady taking my BP, and we were asking all our questions that we hadnt gotten to ask the last time. I was growing more leery of the practice as she answered more questions. We asked the lady taking my BP if she would come to this practice if she was expecting...DEER IN HEADLIGHTS...no words needed to be exchanged after that. We chose to leave and cancel future appointments. We explained that we needed to think about what options were best for us and then decide if we wanted to continue care in this practice. Two weeks in a row, I was leaving in tears. WITHIN THAT SAME WEEK...I received a letter announcing that they would "immediately no longer be available to provide any medical care to [me] in the future. This includes but is not limited to doctor visits in the office, emergency calls, prescription refills, mammogram or radiology requests, referrals, phone advice, emails, etc." Overall, it was a horrible experience. Thank you to the lady taking my BP though. Because of her honesty, I am now part of a fantastic practice. I have the most amazing midwife, and I have had two amazing births!

Dr. Foos and Susan Geiger are both wonderful. They take the time to listen to your concerns, answer questions and accommodate your needs. I would recommend their office.

Dr. Foos is really good but her office staff is incredible. I love the nurse, the PA, the receptionist. I really think these ladies make the practice.
