Good place to go for minimal care. You get what you pay for & thats the honest truth. I was a client for over two years, mainly basic vet services like shots & yearly check ups. Never, ever do any serious surgery work here. I will start by saying that they killed my cat. I lost him in September of 2016 so Ive given myself time to not write this review out of pure anger. During the summer I was told that my 15 year old cat was in good health & could survive a small surgery no problem. The doctor told me it would be an in and out procedure. He was going to give him a "twilight" type of shot that would numb him in the particular spot where they would remove a growth. No bloodwork needed, I could drop him off & pick him up same day. I was told not to feed him or give him water on a Wednesday. Dropped him off Thursday which was his scheduled day to have this minor operation & I could pick him up later that day. They said they would call me when they were done. After not hearing anything by 3 that afternoon & knowing they close around 4 for normal business hours I call them & they let me know that they got too busy & couldnt operate & they were going to wait until after they closed. What!?! You scheduled the time... It shouldve been done! So now Im upset & I cant pick him up until the next day. Once again was told they would call me afterwards. At 10pm that night ... No call. I try to call but its just a machine & no way to leave a message. Are you kidding? I get in my car to drive there & once Im there they tell me he still hasnt gone into surgery yet. Seriously??!! I shouldve went with my gut & got my cat out of there. I didnt. I was assured all would be fine & he was in good hands & he was already prepped for it & that hed be going in shortly. Before leaving I told them I didnt care what time they were done, I wanted a call to know he was in recovery. Woke up the next morning to no missed call. Debbie who runs the front desk & if you ask me hates her job/life because shes so rude everytime you call she makes you feel like a burden. So Debbie Downer tells me I can come get him after 2pm Friday since they did the procedure so late. She also said it was just so late by the time they were done & it was too hectic to call to let me know my cat was in recovery! Great. When I get there I come to find out that they put my cat under full anesthesia. Nobody called me or asked me if that was OK. My cat had no bloodwork taken to see if he was healthy enough to handle that. It was not their call to make. When they brought him out he was a mess, they never even cleaned him up. Poor guy, my heart sank & it brought tears to my eyes. Over the next month he had non stop diarrhea. Everytime I called & spoke with Debbie Downer she made me feel as though I was annoying her & blew me off. Its the anesthesia wearing off, its the antibiotics, its the antibiotics wearing off. Finally I took him to another vet who diagnosed him with hypothyroid disease. He shouldve never underwent that procedure. Needless to say within another month he was in full liver failure & had to be put down. This was all over a small growth that didnt hurt him & he probably wouldve lived another few years with had I left it alone. Ill never forgive myself. Please learn from my mistakes.

I saw Dr. Frank for a sick visit. Honest and reasonable guy. He gave me a reasonable treatment plan for my dog and follow-up plan. Ordered appropriate testing and only what was necessary. Took the time to explain everything well. Great bedside manner. He did not try to sell me anything extra I didnt need and told me I only had to schedule a follow-up visit if the dog wasnt improving or I had more concerns. I will be back (but hopefully not too soon).

Worst vet experience ever. They scheduled the next shot appointment for my puppy, and and at that appointment after a 25 minute wait, told me that "it was my lucky day" because my puppy actually did not need the shots they scheduled us for. It didnt matter that I had to take off work early, or that they disrupted our family dinner- I was " lucky". No apology was offered, which would have gone a long way . Also not the first time i had a pronged wait
