I recommend no one go to this animal clinic they are awful. I set up an appointment for my 5mo. Golden Retriever because she was unable to have a bowel movement. When I arrived there the receptionist were pretty rude and it didnt take long for the vet to be very rude to me also. He spent about 5 minutes with my dog and said nothing was wrong, that she should just take some antibiotics. We gave our dog the amount they told us too and she was still having the problem. We called another vet to get an idea of what might be going on, They said that him recommending antibiotics was pointless and that It was something more so they recommended we get help for our dog right away. So the quack charged us for a medicine our dog didnt need. While our dog was suffering, he was too lazy to diagnosis her right the first time just so that his office can take money from us for no reason. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GO TO THIS QUACK! if I could rate this even lower I would

I had been going to this office for years, they cared for three or my animals (never had an issue). My youngest became very ill and the doctor was on medical leave but before he left he prescribed an antibiotic that later I found out was expensive and useless. When I called after he left for medical leave his staff provided medical advice I later found out they had no training to do, they prescribed more of that antibiotic. After he still didnt improved I called to meet with the doctor taking over for the practice while he was away and I find out they didnt have one, they started asking me what I thought was wrong? I went to another vet, my dog was so sick He didnt eat, drink, he couldnt walk. To this day I absolutely refuse to pay the remaining balance for their terrible service, they will never see that money. Luckily, the vet in Annville was able to deliver competent medical care and he got better.

I had a very sick animal that was not going to make it through the day. It was a Sunday very early in the morning. I first call the vets office that I have gone to for years and they couldnt help me and wanted to me to go to another clinic an hour away. My cat would have never made the trip. I called Valley Animal Hospital and the Dr. had me bring her right in - no questions asked. The office could use some updating but the Dr. has been taking care of animals for years - I dont care if some of his procedures are considered "old school". I recently got a kitten and took her there. She is now almost a year old and I have had no problems with her health. If you are looking for a state of the art vet office with new technology/procedures this place is not for you. Its obvious the doctor lives and breathes for taking care of animals and doesnt over charge for his services!

A GOD SENT!!! Who cares if the building is outdated, they dont charge an arm and a leg and they have it where it counts, hearts of gold that love animals! They give the best of service!! Very thorough! It all started one day when my pet duck had an injury to his foot, I desperatly tried to find anyone who could help, after calling about 10 places, Valley Animal Hospital said theyd see him. Diane Ford was so sweet and caring, spent time with me and Apollo the duck, she did research and gave us the help we needed. I have since taken one of my cats there and another duck, who, if it wasnt for her, would be dead. Every experience has been best Ive ever had. This place is further away for me, but, the service is well worth it. They are there when you need them, and they truly love animals!

Valley Animal Hospital is wonderful. The doctor answered my call in the middle of the night and told me to bring my dog in first thing in the morning. The ladies at the front desk Gizelle and (I am so sorry I forgot your name) were amazing in helping to reassure me that my girl would be well taken care of and was in good hands, even to help me calm down when I was such a crying mess. Gizelle kept me updated all day while I worked via text, so I would be well informed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful, caring and compassionate vet. He really takes the time to listen to your concerns, and digs deeper than surface level to find out what is causing your pets ailments. He also truly cares about each pet he sees. They are not just another patient to him. We love Dr. Salli! We have been taking our dogs to him for several years, at his old location and now at his new practice at Valley Animal Hospital.

I can hardly express the gratitude I feel for this office. The amount of kindness we were shown by this veterinarian is almost unheard of anymore. He answered our calls on a holiday weekend for an aged and sick pygmy goat after we were turned away from many other offices. This man trulely has a heart of gold. Thank you again for all that you did for us and our Maude so she didnt have to suffer any longer.

I thought this place was pretty good. The front desk woman was VERY nice and obviously loves animals alot. My Great Dane is a very strong hyper girl, but they were still very gentle and patient with her. The building certainly needs a face lift, but I left both my dogs there to be spayed/neutered and felt they were in good hands, and thats all that matters to me.

A God send indeed. Wasnt sure if I could afford a prolapse surgery for my year and a half old cat. Did it for half the price quoted elsewhere and gave great advice. Back to her normal, happy cat self. Going in Monday to have the stitches removed. Thanks again. Cheers,
