I usually love this place. Usually the nurses are extremely nice and the people who work there are great. Ive been going here for 3-4 years now. However, I tried to schedule an appointment today and the woman I talked to, I believe her name was Kelly, was extremely rude and gave a lot of attitude. She hung up on me once because she got frustrated because I need an appointment after work or tomorrow and she advised not to go to work today but you cant just call off of work when youre NEEDED. I called back and tried to schedule again and she started to laugh at me mockingly and told me if Im really "that sick" I shouldnt be going to work so I asked her if she ever had a real job in her life because anyone knows that you cant just call off an hour before you work because you woke up feeling sick. She hung up on me again followed by an "excuse me?" I called back a third time and was finally connected with someone who could actually help me. She scheduled me an appointment right away without any fuss. However, Im going to file a proper complaint because the way she was treating me was unexcusable and her customer service is completely awful.

This doctor is a piece of crap who thinks hes better than his clients. Very rude and disrespectful. Talks down to his clients. Absolutely unprofessional. Will tell everyone I know who is considering dealing with this guy that they are making a terrible mistake.
