Brittany Crabtree

Brought my ill ferret and told the vet here that I suspected a GI blockage. I told her he hadnt defecated in about 48hrs. I was frantic. She gave me some drops to feed him and told me to calm down and that I can just "keep an eye on it" and give her a call the next day. Woke up the next morning to him having a seizure, rushed him to the hospital. It was too late. Surgery could have saved his life. I am devastated. I am feeling guilty for not taking him to a different vet. He was my best friend. No condolences were offered to me other than a phone call to my boyfriend. She didnt even offer to refund me for the x-rays she took, that she didnt make available to me the next day at the emergency room...so I had to pay for xrays AGAIN.

All are dedicated, caring individuals who will go above and beyond to provide the very best care for families and their "furbabies."
