I love Dr. White and loved my experience at East Cooper Hospital but I hate, hate, hate their billing department. Nothing but incompetent staff who cannot handle anything. I had to pay up front due to my high deductible plan. I paid in February and wasnt due until September. I met my deductible in April but could not get a refund they said until I had the baby and they sent my claim to process. Even then they were paid the beginning of September and I still havent received my refund which is a substantial amount of money. Their corporate office obviously doesnt have a single smart person working in it because why would they have to send patient refund checks from Dallas by snail mail????? The whole process of trying to get my money back has been full of nothing but ignorant stupid people who only ever try to come up with the dumbest excuses of why they cant do their job. And I still dont have my money!!!!!

The doctors and staff do a good job, but if you have any kind of testing done, dont expect to get your results back anytime soon. Theyre pretty awful about calling you back in a timely manner with results, which especially is nerve-wracking when youre waiting on results of particular infertility tests. Several times now, Ive waited past the date they said results would be in, then called and left several messages for the nurse (who never answers) to let me know my results -- did she call back? Nope. Nothing. So yeah. Good in-person service, easy to make appointments, sweet doctors, but having a test done is almost pointless considering you cant find out your results without calling and begging for them or making an unnecessary second appointment.

I love Dr. Osborne and his assistant although her name is slipping my mind at the moment. Most of the receptionists are nice but there is one specific bigger lady who needs an attitude adjustment. There are some discrepencies with insurance/billing but thats usually to be handled with your insurance company or their billing department. Ive had to deal with LOBGYNs billing department and while they usually dont answer my question at the time of the call, its always answered (even if I dont like the answer but even then I know to take it up further with my insurance). I would prefer a faster call back rate because it usually takes at least 24 hours to get a response to my questions and the anxiety in me would like an answer quicker.

The most comfortable doctors visit Ive had! I had an annual appointment with Dr. Natalie Gregory. Dr. Gregory is young enough (early 30s) so I felt really comfortable talking to her. She took the time to answer all of my questions really thoroughly. She talked to me about breast self exams and their importance. I learned so much more from her than any other obgyn Id had before. She recommended that I get the Gardasil shot, something I thought I was too old to do at 22. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable at every step. There was absolutely no awkwardness, which is so hard to find with a gynecologist. I highly recommend her to anyone especially girls in their teens and twenties.

I called trying to see if my insurance was covered and Jody who takes the appointments was very rude, unhelpful, and uneducated. She just kept repeating we dont do that, very snobby like. She wasnt saying they dont take my insurance she was saying she wouldnt check or transfer me to anyone who would. When I asked if she could explain what they dont do she just started huffing and seeming exasperated and aggravated. What a horrible experience.

If I could give any lower than 1 star I would. I called 4 times trying to set up my first baby doctor appt. I got blown off by the whole staff! They were rude, treated me like I was an annoying chore and didnt return my calls! I would not recommend this place to anyone! If you are thinking about going here I strongly suggest finding somewhere else!

The front desk reception staff is extremely rude. Every time I call Im on hold for 15 minutes before I get to talk to someone. THE WORST PART is I canceled my appointment before even going to see the obgyn because the staff was so rude and took so long to get back with me. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!

My Dr there is absolutely fantastic. Ive seen them for several years now and I will never stop going to them if at all possible. My Dr helped diagnose something in time to save my life. Id tell you their name but theyre busy enough and its my secret! ;)

I didnt even make it past the appointment line. Incredibly rude service woman copped an attitude within the first 5 minutes of our conversation. Needless to say, I switched my referral and will not be utilizing this places services.
