My pearly whites have never been so happy! Dr. Simpson and all her staff are absolutely terrific. Always warm, inviting, and professional. Ive always gotten great advice if needed and without any pressure to act until I felt comfortable. I really do consider Dr. Simpson, Christine, and Pam top notch and probably one of Franklins best kept secrets tucked away near Aspen Grove. Even the waiting area is great and not at all like your typical dentist office. If youre in search of a new dentist, definitely dont pass them up.

I had three fillings, performed by Dr. Simpson, fall out shortly after they were performed. I eventually had another dentist fix at my own expense (as my insurance would not cover the same procedure multiple times). The new dentist told me that there was still decay in one of the teeth which had just been filled by Dr. Simpson. The new dentist also told me that several of the procedures Dr. Simpson had listed on my treatment plan were actually unnecessary.

I got to watch TV and Pamela educated me on everything that was going to happen next. She even explained why it was important and how it benefits me, the patient.
