Found them via my dental savings plans list of providers. Called them, told them about the plan, and set up an appointment. They made me wait over a month for an appointment (neglected to tell me they were closed for 20+ days for some reason) which I had to live through with a tooth very in need of a root canal. When the day finally came I showed up and was told they would have to call to see if they can accept my savings plan. They said they would call next week. I asked why they couldnt call now. The lady gestured to the "walk-ins" in the lobby. I pointed out that I have had an appointment for over a month now. The receptionist lady is rude and I left without being treated and I will never be back.

Will never ever go back there because they are not professional at all, very bad experience and not recommended. If you wanna feel pain and try the worst nightmare of your life, go to this place and do a filling. I dont know how they are allowed to operate in nashville. Worst dentist ever.

Absolutely disappointed with the level of professionalism and lack of courtesy. I Made an appointment, went to the location and the location was closed. They knew they will not be open that day and did not have the courtesy to notify me.

Im in the middle of my root canal treatment , the dentist and his coworkers were very kind , so far so good , Ill recommend. Affordable .
