I had a shot yesterday for tonsillitis. I keep getting told I gotta have them removed n all I got was a shot that made me feel ten times worse overnight. Sometimes I wonder how many times Ill b told that I need to have my tonsils removed before it actually happens. Ive had it seven times n this time I cant even speak cuz my throat hurts like its ripping open. U get three surgerys that are never required unless drs order them. Tonsils gallbladder and appendix. Wishing these doctors had seen my medical records before giving me a shot n discharging me

Tom oyugi he is very helpful and good. Brooke Womack she greeted us with a smile and simplified our visit. Rinuy Abraham was very reassuring and passionate. Andrew Modica is day shift PCT was also compationate about our situation. Michel Niotis Night shift PCT was helpful good and supportive of the family. But the wait in the emergency was horrible and so was the customer service and the wait was just terribly long and awful .

This hospital is HORRIBLE came in cause I was feeling terrible and waited for over two hours just to get called back. At LEAST 5 people was called before me but I arrived before them. They are extremely slow and pick and choose who they call back first. First come first service unless its a baby. But I wouldnt recommend going to this hospital if you want to live. Dont do it!

Dont come here unless you enjoy being ignored, dehumanized, and threatened by staff. Completely outrageous and unprofessional. This hospital left me bleeding profusely and kicked me out the door because I did not have insurance, so they werent going to figure out what the cause was. I have never heard of such patient mistreatment! Shame on you!

This is my 3rd time in the ER for family. Each time I am here the wait is no shorter than 3 hours. On top of waiting, the lobby is unclean and disgusting. With all the people that come through, there should be sanitation at least every hour. Im not bitter, but this is turning out to be a consistent experience.

New to Dallas and was looking for a hospital just to go to....then. My husband got pregnant and started going to PL bad choice my BFF told me to go here and today was our first prenatal visit n we really enjoyed ill keep u posted on how the rest of our visit go.......

I have many specialist drs I see at Presby Dallas, I am always treated well, and every person I have encountered on the staff have been warm and welcoming. They have a great Neurology department and physical therapy depatment as well.
