If you have a loved one please im urging you, do not take them here. They have alot of staffing problem there. The night shift dont care at all about thier patients. I went in to check up one night to find numerous patients throwing things at doors for help. And others screaming. All call nights are on while night nurses in the garage level are sitting down talking to eachother. Your loved one dont have a bright chance if you take them here. They simply just dont have all the equiptment they need to care for someone. They have some potential into being great. They just need a whole new staff of nurse and techs. They are all lazy and they dont have patience to work all they patients they have. I have all the proof i need. Everything that happened with my loved one documented or recorded. Nit by the hospital i did it myself. My lived one died. She was sick and had minimal chances but they didnt help her. I got pictures and written statments from my loved one. Just becareful if you are thinking of sending your loved one there.

A compassionate, caring and just overall wonderful facility. The nursing staff and respiratory staff were phenomenal in taking care of our loved one who was on the ventilator. The hospital that we came from said our family member would never come off the ventilator. Promise Hospital ask for a chance to wean her off the vent and the opportunity to get our loved home. The delivered just they PROMISED. Its easy to see where they get their name. Each person you meet in this hospital from the front desk, to the dietary staff, housekeeping staff and the management always had a smile for us. It became our home and they treated all of us as family. Thank PHD for taking such WONDERFUL care of our precious family member. We will be forever grateful.

Toured this facility for our loved one. Excellent presentation. Elizabeth did a wonderful job of showing us around and explaining the level of care our family member would receive. The facility was so clean, the landscaping was very pretty. We had a follow up call from the on-call liaison the next day to make sure if we had any additional questions. We toured 3 other facilities here in DFW and left immediately. Promise is very customer friendly and the best customer service.

My mother was admitted to Promise Dallas on the ventilator. It was a very scary time for myself and our family. The staff at Promise were so wonderful. From the moment she came through the door everyone told us she was going to be fine. The nurses and staff were excellent. They took such good care of her. They got her off the vent and she is now back home. We had toured other specialty hospitals but Promise was more than we could have asked for as a family.

Promise Hospital of Dallas is an amazing hospital. The employees have a genuine care for the patients. I highly recommend this facility to those families looking for a place to take great care of their loved ones. They strive to make sure patients care and experience is excellent.
