I was seen back in February of 2017. Id have zero problems if the lady working the front desk had actually taken the information off my updated insurance card when I asked her to. Instead my previous insurance was billed and that had expired. I mailed information with my bill stating I had moved and my insurance was billed incorrectly. I received a statement in June to my correct address showing I owed zero. Which was great until today I received a bill that was mailed to my old address and I received it because of mail forwarding service. This statement showed I owed money again and that my old insurance info was still on file. I called to see what had happened and the lady in the billing department hardly wanted to help me. She didnt even ask for my info when I said there was a discrepancy in the two statements. I had to guide her through the call so she knew what needed to be done. Finally it was found that I had two accounts which is total b.s. if you ask me. They will be billing the correct insurance now 6 MONTHS AFTER I was seen. I had terrible service both at the clinic and with the billing department. I will never be visiting a 7day clinic again.

Their employee Janine, was extremely rude over an outstanding balance of $15. While at work, on break, I received a phone call from her asking to pay it. Because there was a TV making noise in the background I was immediately stereotyped and discriminated against and she hung up on me. I called and stated I wanted to be put on a do not call list because of her rude behaviors and she began to be very aggravated and started yelling at me stating that she would do nothing for me unless I paid $15. I highly recommend finding another clinic with employees that know how to handle true customer service and dont insult you because youre unable to satisfy their needs.

Every thing was quick and efficient from the time I walked in. Their receptionist Stacy is clean cut and sweet. Caitlyn the LPN was very knowledgeable and got all the readings done in a very timely fashion and Doctor Brenda not only got to the bottom of things in under 5 minutes but gave some suggestions to prevent this recurring problem that no other doctors had. Great experience, always had a good experience at the North Fargo location but the Osgood clinic is truly exceptional.

Absolute worst experience Ive had. They put the wrong date on my prescription and have been trying to get it fixed for 2 days now. Wouldnt be so upset but this is the second time Ive been at their mercy the first time taking 2 weeks to get them to deal with me! Ive had enough and am filling a formal complaint with essentia.

This was the worst visit I have ever had at a clinic anywhere. The front desk staff were nice but the PA Kayla G was very rude to me and my daughter and even got confrontational. She then proceeded to give dirty looks at both of us throughout our visit. I wouldnt recommend this clinic to anyone.

Just went to their south fargo location with a severe tooth infection at 6PM. Location was closed even though the location is open till 8 and the open sign was on.
