I just left this vet. Arrived at 9:20 am. Not open. Arrived at 10:05 am. Still not open. Called another Corner Vet, only one left because the third one went out of business, Finally they opened around 11:30. I had a problem with an auto ship script that they denied. It was sent to their online supplier who has quit using them. They refused to honor the script THEY had written and offered to take care of me for an upcharge of $30.00. Included in the deal, was some free meds, which they made a big deal of. One problem-the package said "not for sale". I finally agreed to pay $10.00 for them to okay the script. Guess they are in desperate need of money, because after a call to corporate, they denied the deal. They would not give me the name of their previous online supplier so I could prove my point, nor any information on contacting corporate, After calling me a liar and threatening to call the police because I threatened them by telling them I would hang them on the internet, I left. I think they thought a 74 year old guy could have an AK47 in his pants. I dont have any names because they were not polite enough to introduce themselves. One was a guy who I guess was a tech, since he knew nothing about customer service, the other was a mousy little female, who might have been the boss. When I get back from my trip, this experience will be repeated on every board on the internet.

HORRENDOUS experience. I will never, ever bring my dogs here again. Ever. I might Try the Plano location, but this location at Lakehighlands is closing and they should just close already. I had a horrendous experience over a simple nail trim. The vet cut every single nail too short. My dog was screaming, to the point where I almost busted into the back. As pet parents, you know the difference between little yelp, tiny cry, irritation, and genuine pain. My baby was screaming in pain because the incompetent vet with zero compassion cut every single nail too short. He came out with bloody paws. This has Never happened in his 3+ years of living. Never ever will I go here again. This could have been saved somewhat if the vet acted like he cared, even somewhat. Im so disgusted and disappointed.

I had a great experience here when I brought my dog in for the first time about a week ago. The girl up front I believe her name was Valerie, made me feel very welcomed, she was knowledgable about my pet and answered all of my questions about what my baby needed. She got me into a room very quickly, did a general assessment of my pet, asked if I had any other questions and told me she would be back shortly with the Doctor. I only waited about 2 minutes and the doctor arrived she also was super sweet and I really enjoyed this vet clinic. They made sure my visit was pleasant from the time I walked in until I walked out. Will absolutely be back and telling my friends!

I walked in and was acknowledged with a smiile and a friendly greeting.The visit was very quick .We filled out a form and quickly put in a room.Vet came in examined my little one and gave me suggestions which i liked very much.As we checked out as they say " no hidden fees" just what we went in for is what we were charged.The prices are great lower than a lot of other places....I would highly recommend them.

This clinic is wonderful and very cost helpful. From the time I walked in, the experience started out positive. The receptionist, Dr., and entire staff were helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. The lab results were done quickly and I received a call with a thorough explanation of my kittys issue. Thank you Corner Vet!

I called late in the day on a Saturday because I discovered my dogs had fleas. Ugh. The team at the corner vet was wonderful . They helped me determine what medications were best to clear up my disastrous problem in a hurry.

Closing but no signs or website to tell you they changed their hours to 10. Waited out front for an hour and 10 minutes for her to show up at 10:10 and tell me they dont see sick dogs.
