Having used another Animal Hospital, regularly, for many pets from birds to dogs & cats, during past 50 years, I made decision to have two of the little dogs regular exams, teeth cleaned & update preventive vaccinations at Four Paws Animal Hospital, despite being totally happy with long standing vet relationship. Doctor did an excellent job in each & every part of their treatment. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable & the dogs liked him. The staff was totally professional and attentive to our specific needs. My decision to try this new facility was purely a financial one, and I was very pleased. Shortly thereafter, appointments were made to take the two older pets, who were suffering aging problems & also needed regular heartworm testing, vaccines, health checks, plus preventive medications. Unfortunately, on the day of our appointment, while in route to 4 Paws hospital, our appointment was cancelled, due to doctor being ill. Therefore, since we were a distance from home, we simply returned to our former long standing vet caretaker & bit the bullet of the higher price of services. My thanks to the staff and Doctor! Should our current long-time vet provider ever retire, well definitely return to Four Paws. They also appear to be an excellent boarding facility, which caught my attention, in the event Im ever in need of such.

My whole family and I have been going to Four Paws Animal Hospital since they first opened. We have taken all our fur babies and rescued animals here. Let me tell you, it is simply the best of the best. I love Dr.Cerelli and his staff. Dr.Cerellis skills, compassion, and love for what he does shows in every visit and in every one of my pets. I refuse to take any of my fur babies to any other office except here. The staff is great. They too are very nice, compassionate, and know exactly what they are doing. I couldnt ask for a better veterinarian to go to. Four Paws as well always has some of the most exciting and newest products that hit the scene and they actually work! I simply cant emphasize the great quality of care my babies receive and the tender care they receive. If anyone is looking for a great veterinarian office please come here. I promise, you will not be disappointed. Four Paws please keep up the great and wonderful work you all do every single day. You all are greatly appreciated.

This is an awful clinic! Please if you care for your pets dont take them with this doctor. This man has no love for animals! He is just money hungry. The first time I went to that clinic was to get my doberman vaccinated and for his annual check up. This man thought it was ok to vaccinate him without a muzzle! Who in there right mind would do that! My dog ended up biting him. He then took him to the back to vaccinate which I didnt like one bit. When they brought him back my dog was frightened and upset. Then the doctor told me my dog had heart worms after he had told me he was very healthy ( before my dog bit him). I was in disbelief so I went for a second opinion and my dog came out healthy! NO HEARTWORMS! Just to be on the safe side I went for a third opinion and sure enough my dog came out NEGATIVE FOR HEARTWORMS. This vet told me that lie out of anger! Never again did I go back! Please people dont waste your time with this lousy clinic!

My dog needed serious attention due to the symptoms, I have been seeing. I called the vet, the receptionist (D), who answered my call was very polite throughout and had amazing customer service etiquette. They had no problem squeezing me within the last minute for an appointment. Once I got there, they immediately called us in without waiting any further within the 10 mins. I met the vet, who was very caring, realistic, and sincere. While conversing with the vet, he didnt hesitate giving me every detail of knowledge whats going to happen, preventative, percentage, and helpful by answering every question I had.

We have taken our pet kids to Four Paws and I have nothing but positive comments to say. He and his staff are pet friendly. They take care of pets needs and all of my 4 dogs and 2 cats have been spayed/neutered there. Weve gone back for teeth cleaning, biopsy, and bladder crystal removal. Dr. Cerelli spends time with you discussing what you pet has or needs. He discusses with you whatever procedure was done and if you have questions he will answer them. Weve never been pushed into doing something we didnt agree on. Thank you Four Paws, my babies are always taken care of with you.

I must say I was scared to take our newly adopted Eva there for her spay after reading the reviews here. But I want you all to know that I am so glad to have stuck with my decision and visit Four Paws. Same staff, same doctor but what a great experiance. Dr. Cerelli and his office staff took great care with our cat and her spay went smoothly. She was spayed on Friday morning, by Friday afternoon I had her home and she was running around and playing like normal. He did a great job, she has not experianced any pain and her incision is healing very well.

My first visit to Four Paws was the heartbreaking time when I had to put my beloved Lady Tee down. Dr Cerelli is the kindest vet I have ever used. He took his time to talk to me before & truly understood the grief. Then waited until I was ready (as much as I could be). Now he cares for my little Foxy Lady. A precious little dog that had been abandoned on a country road close to my home. Just left the pet hospital after finding two lumps on her. He explained what they could be & will be doing surgery very soon. I trust him & love his compassion.

My black lab has been going to Four Paws Animal Hospital for the last 6 years, just took her in last week. Dr. Cerelli has got to be one of the most caring and loving vet that Ive ever met. Hes helped me through some of the roughest times with my lab and continues to care for her like no other. I love that he and his staff pays attention to her and talks to her as if she were one of their own. Shes my family and I dont know for how long I will have her, but as long as I do, she will continue to go see Dr. Cerelli at Four Paws Animal Hospital.

I had a great visit and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I just moved to the area and needed a same day appointment and they got me in right away. Dr Cerelli was very personable and patient with my puppy. He answered all my questions and even took the time to show the facilities to me and explain all the various procedures the clinic is capable of performing. I dont understand the negative reviews, as my experience was very positive. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

The Four Paws Animal Hospital and Dr. Cerrelli are the best at providing my dogs the top notch care and love when my dogs are sick or need the annual check ups. They give you prompt appointments and make sure that they follow up after the visit to make sure my pets are doing well without me having to remind them.. The genuinely care for my pets and go the extra mile to make sure all my concerns are addressed at the time of my visit. I highly recommend this facility and the staff.
