The Gladneys

First, Dr. LaRue is extremely knowledgeable about animals and I believe this stems from a genuine care for animals. With this said, the reason I gave two stars is from my previous, and most likely last visit. I took my three dogs for grooming and when I picked them up I was told that two of the three had fleas and that two of the three had to have flea baths. My question was 1) why did no one call me to inform that they had to have flea baths and confirm my consent before providing the baths? 2) since I know that fleas jump, how is it that only two of the three have fleas? I was more upset that no one phoned before performing an additional service. Second, as part of my quarterly pest control service I asked the technician to test for fleas, which by the way cost me more money. He tested the entire home, specifically the areas where my three dogs sleep, he found nothing. This past Tuesday my pest control technician came out for regular service and jokingly asked if I found those fleas yet? Even he stated as a professional if we had fleas in the home we would know. The final straw was when Creek Crossing was confronted with the possibility that maybe two of my three dogs obtained the fleas while they were at the clinic awaiting grooms, we were told that this is not possible. There was no second guessing at all, so I guess two of my three dogs have fleas, but they disappear when the exterminator does his test... As much as I respect Dr. LaRue I cannot afford to wonder if my dogs will have additional charges every time I go to pick them up. Make sure you budget a little more when taking your animals here, great service, but could cost you more than expected!

Dr. Larue is always wonderful with my to pups ... she has always called personally to check on there progress when they have been sick and really cares about the patiants she sees .... she has seen all 4 of our babies for the last 12 years and will be our vet for life ... thank u for everything creek crossing staff you all are wonderful

This place is wonderful! My furr baby was experiencing some sever allergies, they squeezed her in for an appointment the same day I called, and were so nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. LaRue was absolutely amazing! She truly cares about the animals she treats, and explains everything perfectly!
