My experience here was horrible. I had a problem with the Vet that assisted my puppy. He was so rude, it seemed like he was in it for the money, he kept trying to get us to pay more and more. He wasnt there for the animals, atleast from what I saw. This was at 4 oclock in the morning, he seemed like all he wanted to do was sleep. That is when I followed up with a vet clinic on Rigsby Road. As soon as we went there and showed my puppy the vet knew that it was Hydrocephalus, just by looking at him. he did a ultrasound just to prove it. my puppy was in a lot of pain, the vet at the Animal Hospital could have prevented my puppy from another day of pain. He didnt though. I ended up having to put the puppy down. This is why I would never recommend this hospital, the staff is great but the vet is horrible. Horrible of my puppy to suffer so badly, all because of a money hungry vet.

2nd time for my 14lb Pappion. 1st time was OK. Convient to my home. Today left him 10am. Called twice, groomer had left, had not returned. 2pm, I left to pick up my dog. Stated I want my dog (at 14, he gets anxiety in a cage). Front desk, said trainer almost back. Waiting 12 mnt, still no dog. Asked if there was a problem with him? At that point, I just walked past her where they keep the dog cages. Lady stated they did bathe him, & he was being dry. After being told, I just wanted my dog. Went from rm to rm, they had washed his tummy, butt. He was wet from his underside. Took him from her & asked for his leach. Walked out announcing, I hope they knew, I was not paying for anything! Never again! Erased their number.

This place is great! The staff is kind and caring. I took my sugar glider Stella here and they did their best to safe her. They educated me on how to nurse her and hopefully get her better. Unfortunately she passed away. She had to many parasites and it was too late. They sent me a condolence card. It didnt make it to me the first time and was returned to them. They called me let me know they received the card and made sure my address was correct. They sent me the card again which was beautiful. I feel like they went out of their way to let me know that they cared. Sending that card was something they didnt have to do, the fact that they sent me the card meant the world to me. I would recommend this place to anyone

We took our very sick guinea pig to them, they got us in same day because he was so sick. They really treated him like he was the most important pet they had seen all day. They all loved on him and took care of him. Unfortunately, we were too late and Mr. Doodles died the next day, but they called to check on him and when we told them he had died, they sent us a very special card signed by literally every person who works in the clinic. We have kept the card posted in our living room for weeks now. It was the sweetest gesture Ive ever seen from a vet office. We are now taking our dogs there because we were so impressed with the care and love they showed us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My bird was very sick so I took him in hoping that something could be done. The vet saw him for a few minutes, prescribed antibiotics, vitamin B12, pain medication, food for sick birds and a laser treatment for the leg. The vet asked that I call him to give him an update within 24 hours on my bird. My bird died in 12 hours and only got worse after our visit. The front desk staff was very helpful in explaining how to give my bird the medicines prescribed. In retrospect, I dont think my dying bird needed a laser treatment on his leg as his illness was probably causing his little leg to go limp, maybe a blood panel would have been better. The vet techs were nice.

I brought my quaker parrot here, because he was very sick. They figured out the problem immediately, gave him a shot, medicine, and more. They also put this funnel around his neck to keep him from plucking. They sadly ran out of the plastic funnels and told me that they would call me back as soon as the plastics came in that weekend. (They still havent after a couple weeks) They wrapped this around his neck for the mean time though. He finished his oral medicine and is already back to normal! The vet and his assistants were very sweet and took great care of my bird.

I would not recommend them for anal glands, there is a guy there that has hands like the Thing on the fantastic four, after the Vet Tom Vice it has been difficult to get a good vet there that is not money driven. and the front desk Girl keeps making mistakes and she keeps charging more and more you have to keep up with your receipts. Keep an eye on your money. I had to tell her I do not authorize any charges unless I have a call to register my visit because all of a sudden she will say some someone else form your family came in with your dog. come on!

Such a bad and disappointing experience with the actual vet. He is not patient with animals that have anxiety. He is not understanding and has no compassion. Im sorry I even put my dog through that experience. We literally walked out of the facility. I had higher expectations for the care and for the cleanliness of the facility, I was definitely disappointed. I would not recommend taking your beloved pet there.

Tin Roof stated in their review that the Dr wanted to sleep as it was four in the morning. This clinic is not open at 4am....pretty sure they are confused. The clinic is only open during the day. I hope they will reevaluate their review as it is not an accurate review. Broadway Oaks has accommodated me several times when I had emergencies and they saw me immediately.

Best vet ever! I moved all my animals over to Dr. Richardson and the Broadway Animal Hospital. My poor kitty had a compound break and they were able to work with me and my schedule and eight weeks later she was up and running around with her siblings. They have a laser therapy device that helps arthritic hips and joints for all animals. It is amazing.

Best veterinarian my dog has ever seen. My dog had chronic diarrhea and had seen at least ten vets before I took him here on someones recommendation, none of whom could diagnose the problem. Dr. Richardson diagnosed the problem and has kept him healthy ever since. Id never consider going anywhere else.

Ive been taking my kitten Pimienta to Broadway Oaks for 3 months now. She had her boosters, had yeast in ears, given treatment, had tapeworm, treated, and has also finished with leukemia preventing shots. The vet and technicians are great, answer any questions, and treat pets like they are their own.
