DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I have 5 dog, yes 5 dogs at this vet hospital. I even PAY for their insurance for 5 dogs. I have been taking my dogs there for 5 years. Everything was Great I had no problems ever getting my dogs in or medications. They looked after my dogs like that were my own. That was until 1.5 years ago. They had a staff change or something but now you cant get in for your dogs and heaven help if you have an emergency. They dont care about your animals anymore. These people could care less about them. I have been lied to about appointments I have been lied to about prescriptions. They almost OD one of my dogs if I had not caught it myself. I sent so much business there when I first started going that I now recommended you go find a place that actually cares about your animals. The vets here are good but the staff couldnt give a flip, unfortunately its the staff that runs the place and dont do their jobs correctly and this can be dangerous for your animals.

Always busy, long wait times, wrong diagnosos even though the issue was obvious... quantity not quality at this location. Now going to a dedicated animal clinic and couldnt be happier. *Banfield charged me in excess of 400 dollars for medication becase of inflamation in the dogs toe when clearly a thorn had punctued the toe and the dog was chewing on the toe cuz the thorn was still in there! They stated that it was a type of worm and made me put a cone on the dog with expensive medicine and soaps... I went back after a week of worsening results they finally realized that they messed up and charged me full price to dig out tge thorn and more medicine and another cost for visit... Awesome! I realize that we are troubleshooting issues with "best guess" using available knowledge, but when you make an EXPENSIVE miscalculation then at least wave the doctor consultation fee or a few percent of the cost of the next guess, dang....

Being new to the area, I wanted to find a good vet for my dog. I made an appointment with Banfield and as soon as i showed up they were so friendly and attentive. The nurse talked with me at length about what my dog needed prior to doing anything, and also gave me a running total of how much it would cost me, BEFORE anything was done which was great. The costs for all that my pet had done today, were very reasonable. The vet, and nurse both were great at calming my Dog as she was really nervous and had to receive 3 vaccines and get her blood drawn. We were in and out when we were supposed to be and provided with great documentation for my dogs care that I can take home and keep track of. If you want a competent vet with caring employees, please visit Banfield on Agora Parkway (inside PetSmart).

Maybe my timing was just right but I had never been to the Banfield Animal Hospital @ The Forum before and I was in and out with my injured pet in under an hour. I was given an estimate prior to treatment and although I chose the lower end of the estimate, the higher end wasnt unreasonably priced nor did it contain anything outrageously unnecessary. Staff was friendly and attentive, Vet was very pleasant and I intend to return if my cat gets into another accident. (Hopefully not.)

I have been a customer for 2 years since moving back to the area. I have a "special needs" dog with regard to her medical issues and they are knowledgeable and so nice. Im sure its not the case but Dr. White and Dr. Anderson both treat my girl like a special patient and so do the staff. They even come out to visit her from the back when we stop by. Cant express how comfortable they make me.

The doctors are good However, as stated in other reviews, its quantity not quality. I pay monthly for a service and can never get an appointment when my animals are sick. The last few times that they could not get my pet in for an appointment, I left a message for one of the vets to call me back and never received a return phone call. Its poor business practices.
