After visiting Dr. Brady as a specialist....I received NO NEW NEWS. He wants to charge me for a level IV visit for only being there for 15 minutes and for doing NO FOLLOW UP. His follow up was 2.5 weeks later when I called and talked to a nurse who promised he would call me back. He NEVER CALLED Me back and 2 days later, on the Friday, I had to call his office again. Of course he was not there, it was a Friday. His Business Office Manager called me back and told me 1 new item. The ONE test they had me to do he did inform me it was normal. So maybe this Dr. who only works a couple of days a week will call back....but I have no hope!!! I WOULD advise AGAINST ever using him as a Doctor!!!!

The reception was extremely rude and acted like we were taking up her time when she got our appointment cancelled by accident. She was snotty with no customer service skills...Should not be working in the health care industry. Hannah that works at the front desk is obnoxious, and obviously her behavior is excepted by the male office manager there. I do not believe that the doctors there know how awful their staff truly is...Hannah it only takes one person to burn a place to the ground!!!

Been going for 5 years and always been very kind and helpful. Waits usually not to long and visits are painless. Esp as a low income person still very accommodating.
