I visited this dental office for the first time today and I was totally impressed. I work with Christina for the past few days setting up my appointment and getting information before my visit and she was all so nice upon my arrival. I got to my appointment about 45 mins early to make sure my paperwork and insurance were in order and she assisted me in everything. Rachel came out to get me once it was time to start my appointment and she was very kind and knowledgeable when getting my X-rays done and prepping me to see the dentist. She doesnt just sit there and work on you. She actually explains things and tells you everything she is going to do before she does it. I have large bones behind my bottom teeth and sometimes bite wing x-rays hurt me badly, but she took the time to ensure I was as comfortable as possible while getting each required X-ray on the first attempt. She was also awesome cleaning my teeth after the dentist completed my exam. Dr. Bailey came in and actually talked briefly to try and get to know me as well as looking over my medical history. I quit dipping about 3 months ago and he was very thorough giving me my exam and checking for any signs of oral cancer. They even take pictures at the end of your exam and review them with you so you can see exactly what the doctor is talking about. He was very knowledgeable and took his time throughout the entire exam. He asked me what I would like to change about my smile before the exam and after the exam he recommended to me a treatment plan to achieve my goals and his goals for my oral health. This place is fantastic overall! I will definitely be back!!

My 10 year-old son had a bike injury that damaged his front teeth late on a Friday afternoon. After calling around to multiple dentists in the area and finding no one available to see him in an emergency, I called North River Dental. Not only did Dr. Bailey see him as a new patient in an emergency, but he and Rachel stayed after-hours to take pictures and thoroughly examine my little guys tooth injuries, explaining everything to us along the way and calming any anxiety we had. That was one year ago and Dr. Bailey has been our dentist ever since. Dr. Bailey and his staff are fabulous. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and professional and their office is and calm, making you feel at home the moment you walk in the door. Their technology is like nothing Ive seen before and I know that my son is well cared for every time he has visited their office. I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone of any age! Thank you, Dr. Bailey, for changing the way I feel about dentists!

Dr. Bailey and Rachel were the best. I had just made an appt. last night for tonight and was pleasantly surprised that I could get in so soon as a new patient. They were ready for me when I arrived. They were both very professional and the office is very friendly, inviting and up to date. The technology that they use to detect cavities is second to none. If he had not done what he did, we would not have known that the cavities were there. Dr. Bailey recommended replacing a couple of old fillings and with me being the type of person who does not fool around about things, I told him to go ahead and do it. Im very glad I did as if I had not, I would have had bigger problems later on. I just cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend their office. They are both very professional and make you feel at ease. I am usually not an easy person to please, but they did. Thank you both for everything. I will see you soon.

After experiencing a few negative dental experiences at different offices, this dentist was absolutely amazing! Every employee at North River is very friendly and truly cares about their patients. Dr. Bailey did a great job with my exam, and actually explained everything step by step as he went about the procedures. I have never had a dentist explain dental terms in a way that I can actually understand, and I loved that he was able to do this! The hygienist was so sweet and extremely knowledgeable about her profession. I learned more in this dental visit than I have in all my experiences put together. I will definitely be returning to this office for every dental need and will make sure to refer all of my friends and family, as well. AMAZING EXPERIENCE :)

I wish I could give a 5 star rating but I truly do not know anyone who "loves" going to the dentist !!............Dr. Bailey and Rachael are awesome ! I am the biggest chicken alive when it comes to going to a dentist office. I lost a crown so I had no choice. They knew of my fear and treated me so gentle. I didnt even feel the needle used to deaden my gums. I was at amazed. The office is quiet and has a soothing atmosphere. Dr. Bailey has a very good personality and is very professional. I currently do not have insurance. He gave me a list of in-network insurance companies for me to check out. After I get my insurance I will definitely return to the office for my continued care.

I absolutely love Dr. Bailey. Not only did he take care of my dry socket multiple times when he didnt even extract the tooth, but he called me after hours to check on me. He also made sure i was taken care of when he was out of town. Dr. Bailey and his office team have gone well above and beyond to show that not only do they care about my business but also show that they care about me as a patient/human being. I will continue to go back to Dr. Bailey at North River Dental from now on and making sure i transfer my husband and children over as well. Dr. Bailey and his staff are awesome! My whole family sees him. He is very good at taking care of your teeth but overall making sure you are comfortable! My husband had to get a molar taken out and he love the fact that Dr. Bailey was very gentle, he didnt feel a thing compare to other dentist he had been to. I also got my two wisdom teeth taking out! He did awesome! I was sore for the day I got them remove the rest of the healing time was pretty good! He was good about following up and making sure that your not clotting!! The whole staff overall is very sweet and patient! I would recommend him to anyone!!

This whole office is warm, friendly, and inviting. Dr. Bailey is amazing!! He takes time to discuss things with you and makes you feel like you are his only patient in the world. The staff is just as wonderful, very friendly and comforting. I have had horrible experiences in the past with dentists and it gave me a fear of having to go to them, however, one hour with Dr. Bailey and his staff my fears were washed away. I hope he doesnt plan to retire or move for the next 40 years or so because I need him to stay... I have found my perfect dentist. Thank you all for everything you do!!
