Poor service. My dog was having an allergic reaction and they put her on meds which ended up not resolving the problem. I called to see if I should change her diet or get a higher dosage. When I had my appointment the doctor explained that they like to handle stuff over the phone so that the animal can get fast care. So, when the receptionist returned my phone call she advised me that the doctor needed to see my dog again. Unfortunately they were unable to work with me to get her an appointment and refused to see my dog if we were more than 5 minutes late. On top of that she could not confirm if they received all of my dogs medical records that they were supposed to have ordered. Then, she thought I had adopted my dog and it turned out she was getting my dog confused with another dog and then stated that she did not have my dogs file in front of her. Seriously, why would you call someone back to discuss their dogs health without having pulled the records? Lack of care.

Just took my dog here for their offer for a free check up. Was still expecting to walk out paying something and imagine, it was actually free! They didnt have any hidden fees and didnt try to up sell me on anything I didnt need. Great experience. My dog was really nervous and started getting aggressive and they handled him super well. Hes a bully breed and Ive had experiences with vets and techs in the past that seemed unsure handling a frightened dog of this kind. The tech and the vet were both super professional and experienced. We will definitely be back here for our veterinary needs. Will recommend to friends. Thank you for the great service!

I have a 10 year old Mastiff who was really slowing down and starting to experience arthritis. Not only were they extremely gentle with my baby, they were able to put here on a one year trial where she wears a fit bit type collar that tracks her movement - accompanied by free medication for a year! My aging dog is much more comfortable and has much more energy! We go for longer walks, and her overall health and happiness is much improved! The Dr, Assistants and office staff are all caring and professional! They have late hours a few times per week to accommodate our busy schedules! Highly recommend them!

Dr. Norstrem always has time to talk and discuss your pet, plus I love that he gets down on the floor with my dog and loves her up!The staff is always exceptional, always answering any questions and helping in any way. Our dog recently had a torn crucia in her leg, and had to have surgery. She stayed at the hospital with them for 3 days, and now our Cleo loves everyone there. Thanks to the Doctor and staff, Cleo is on the mend, and healing wonderfully. By the way, because we love Crestwood so much, we actually drive 1 and a half hours to take our dog to the Vet!! I think that says alot!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Crestwood. The staff are wonderful caring people. When my kitten had broken its leg they saw him immediately. Through their care his leg healed quickly. If I had any concerns or questions their receptionist was always there to answer my questions. When it came time to pay the bill, they were perfectly willing to work with me to help set up a payment plan that would allow me to pay off the bill in a way that I would not be broke each month. I now have a dog that I take to them along with my cats and he is always happy to see the staff.

My fur-family and I LOVE Dr.Norstrem and everyone else at Crestwood Animal Hospital!They go above and beyond expectations.He is a very patient man that takes the time to answer any and all questions and he makes sure you know everything that is going on with your pet.They never rush you out the door,in fact 3 years ago they were in their cars leaving when we pulled in needing emergency care for our dying cat and they all went right back in and helped her.I highly recommend Dr.Norstrem!!

I have been taking my dogs here for almost years. It has been the same get the whole time. He is very good with animals, even my frightened dog. Ive been there with new puppies and even to put a few to sleep. I have seen him excited with a new puppy and hurting along with me over putting one to sleep. He has given a good diagnosis every time I have taken my animal in. The service is prompt and on time.

My family has used this clinic for more than a decade now and Dr. Norstrem has always provided the best of care for all of our animals, big and small, cooperative and not. The staff are wonderful and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for good quality healthcare for their pet, even ferrets! I love this clinic very much and feel very secure in having them around to look after my pets.

My husband and I had looked at several other vets in the area before finding Crestwood. We had a great introduction with the receptionist who was able to answer all our questions and then some! Even gave us a referall for a dog groomer in the area! Our dogs are happy everytime we visit now, 5+++++ stars!
