There are not enough kind words I can say about the staff at Vets for Less. They have been more than amazing with the care they give my "kids", Piper & Dakota. They go above and beyond for us. Not only do they care about my kids, they truly care about me as well. We have had a difficult time with Dakota as she suffers from an auto immune disease. Because of Vets for Less they have made this roller coaster ride with her a lot easier. A huge thank you to: Dr Dickerson (who worked so diligently in trying to diagnose Dakota 5 years ago, before having to refer us out to a specialist). Dr Smith (who is no longer there {sad face}) who took the time to work so closely with Dakotas specialist and to take her under her care. Dr Lum for taking over Dakotas case when Dr Smith left. I especially appreciated the time she took to call me to introduce herself to me and go over Dakotas file. She also came out to the lobby to introduce herself to me, when I simply stopped by to pick up refills. Dr "B" for stepping in when needed. These Doctors make me feel like my dogs are the only dogs in the world, and oh, what a feeling that is! A huge thank you to the assistants (Debbie, Jesse and the many others) that get the job every 6 weeks of doing my kids nails & glands. Thanks for being the "bad guys" :-) Now for the office staff! They are the "face" of Vets for Less. They are the 1st ones we see when we walk in, the ones we talk to when we call. What a beautiful face Vets for Less has. Most of my time spent at Vets for Less is on a Saturday morning, which has got to be the busiest day of the week for them. I have never been in a busier office with the most relaxed easy going staff. No matter how busy or hectic the waiting room is they all keep their cool. They focus on one patient at a time, are always so kind and caring and make me & my girls feel loved. Kody, Cazzeri & Ashley you ladies ROCK!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for going above and beyond! Kody, you have been extra amazing. When I speak of you to others I cant do it without tearing up. I just cant express the compassion I feel from you regarding my girls and me! Im so glad that you joined this clinic. They are even better because of you! As I said at the beginning of this review, "There are not enough kind words I can say about the staff at Vets for Less", so on that note, I will shut up for now.

Ive had four animals go through here and Ive never had the customer service that Ive had today I will not be bringing any of my animals back they overcharged misdiagnosed and find any way they can to get money out of you. Several months ago I brought a cat that I saved from outside in and they diagnosed her with supposedly mites gave me some wash to put her ears and some nausea medication and some flea medication and no ear mite medication and now they are diagnosing her with a yeast infection (how can that be different than mites -a doctor there must not know what the heck they are doing) and they were going to charge me another $100 and another ear swap which is ridiculous because they told me last time that all I need to do is bring her in next time and get her ears flushed and that was it and then I wouldnt have to pay for another ear swab well they gave me the free ear swab today because it was their mistake which I shouldnt have to fix. Then they were going to charge me $35 for a microchip but I can get it for $25 at the Humane Society then theyre going to charge me $85 for a stupid ear wash when she was already under anesthesia for surgery. I asked her to help me out because they have given me a military discount before especially since Ive had so many animals go through there and theyve given me a military discount on Wickett and now they cant even help me out when Im saving a cat Wild. Then they try to tell me to apply for a credit card. these people are ridiculous they are a money-grubbing corporate greedy hungry establishment. They just now lost four more clients and thousands of dollars because I will no longer be bringing my animals in this Clinic good going guys. Great service!!! NOT

Im new to the area, and got referred to come to this place because of their prices can be reasonable. This 1st impression of this place is horrible, why? 1. Theres a chart fee for new clients which is $4 and that is to simply fill out information about your dog. Ive never heard or seen anyone charge to fill out paperwork, especially because your new at that place. 2. The wait to get you actually checked in and for them to actually call you to go in the back is RIDICULOUS!!!! Its not only 1x, 2x nor 3x!!! Ive been here plenty of times in order for me to write this fair review about this place and every time i end up spending about 2-3hrs at this place jist for a check up, or to get my dogs anal glands cleaned, or to pick up prescription! Very very ridiculous and unprofessional of this place for not managing the whole system better. Their prices may be okay, but when they give your dog prescription, that is very expensive, Ive managed to find some other places that will give me the same prescription for $20 less than the actual prescription that they give my dog. 3. The front desk is super nice but they dont manage their time well, and plus they have new people working there as well as students, so that right there explains why they always take FOREVER to call people. Anyways, ill ne going somewhere else, due to the fact that the wait time is RIDICULOUS and the lady I ways seem to get my dpg examined doesnt seem to know what shes talking about (she has glasses, curlyshort hair and shes a little obese). I cannot express how much I appreciate this business for those who care and love their animals as much as we do. They truly give you the best quality care for your pets. The staff is so loving and simply adores each animals that is brought in for care. Their concern goes beyond the name of the business. Animals are not considered "less" but "more" to the staff that take their time to give you the best service for what you can afford. It is not about money at Vets For Less, it is about the quality care for each animal that will keep your animal in the best health. I have taken our animals there for dental cleanings, dental extractions, and other concerns and have had nothing but the best care. They keep the building very clean and substantial for how many animals they see each day. Its surprising how clean it is when you sit and watch how many animals are seen in just an hours time. Vets For Less rocks and does not compare to the most ritziest of animal hospitals money can buy. In my book they are the best, and I will always continue taking our 3 little ones there for care. If I could have rated it 10 stars I would have!
