Winter Gray

Good customer service, basic traditional eye exam...you might get the eye drops that dilate your eyes and screw up your vision (maybe not as safe as they say to drive)... but there was so much sitting and waiting, the whole procedure took almost 2 hours, only 2 of those minutes was with the doctor. Next time I need an eye exam, I will check another place before coming back here again. Just a side note, in case anyone is not aware: this place does not sell eyeglasses.

After visiting some of the big eye doctors in Jacksonville who only seem to be interested in getting every nickle they can, a visit to Levenson Eye Associates was a nice change. They were only interested in fixing my problem- cataracts! No pressure but very professional. After the exam we decided that I could wait a few months and get my cataracts fixed in the fall. Ill let you know, but I have every confidence that these guys will do a great job.

The Dr was awesome and most of the staff was very helpful and easy to do business with but 1 person can spoil the applecart "Janette" she is so rude and unpleasant to have to deal with. She needs to take some customer service classes.

The services overall were professional but two hours for a routine eye exam?! Patients, on the day I was there, were herded like cattle. I will probably go elsewhere next year.
