HORRIBLE office!!!!!!!!!!! I missed an appointment ( a year ago) because my father was actively dying and had to be rushed to the hospital making me miss my appointment which i was pissed as well since it took 5 months of waiting to get an appointment - and i called that day to explain but because it was 20 mins after my appointment Im barred for life !!!!!!!!! this is complete crap- i can understand that there time is important but life happens and i did call- so not only are they denying me service for something stupid and out of my control - but my doctor referred me a month ago and the office didnt even call to tell me they wont see me -- i called them to follow up.

Went for underactive Thyroid condition. Dr. was great and put me at ease. Was able to get an appointment pretty quickly and was seen at my appointment time.

Be prepared to wait for ever for an appointment even if you are a old patient.Horrible customer service.
