Dr. Kossler was nice, but overall experience with this office was awful. We were rushed around the office for our first appointment, super overwhelmed being first time parents we felt there was not enough time to ask question OR have any of the pregnancy process explained. We left being very overwhelmed and full of questions. We decided to switch to a different location and asked to have our records transferred twice. Neither of these times they got sent, so finally almost 2 months later we walked in and finished the job ourselves and grabbed our records. Few weeks later we were getting billed for the original requests that had never gone through. So we have now been billed for the office not completing their job AND us picking up the pieces, getting it done ourselves. We tried to call multiple times and left ivoicemails and all those times had no call back. I give this office the lowest possible rating, we waited way too long for a simple task to be done and then got charged for them not finishing their job. Very happy we switched practices.

Very unprofessional... I was just in the office yesterday to see Dr. Kossler, got a phone call today to say she doesnt want to see me no more because Im diabetic and my blood sugar levels have not been the best. First off she knew this 6 and a half months ago when I first found out I was pregnant. Second there could have been a different approach all this time gone by and now its problem. Smfh now I have to find another obgyn.

Dr. Kossler was great, but the office staff are extremely unprofessional and refused to work with me while I was having a really rough time. They only added to my stress and complicated my situation more while not allowing me to be seen by my OB while I am 21 weeks pregnant. They should be reported and I plan on doing as soon as I can.
