Doctor and staff nice. Turnaround time for orders is slow. 2nd time using them. First time contacts were slow to arrive. After a couple of weeks I called and was told "I checked on them this morning and they should be here any day". Second time, glasses taking much longer than expected. Called and was told "I checked on them this morning and they should be here any day" Seems to be a canned answer. Wont return here in the future. Service after the sale speaks volumes.

The doctor is nice, but the turn around time on glasses is so slow. The paperwork said our glasses would be in in 5 days. We ordered one pair that was in on the 7th day, one that was in on the 10th day and now were still waiting for the third pair that we ordered and they told us that it would be another two weeks on it. If you are wanting/needing your glasses in a timely fashion, I would sugguest ordering elsewhere.

Made a next-day appointment online--amazing! Dr. Korth was great; explained everything she was doing and why as she did my eye exam. Front desk staff were also awesome; Jamie was super nice and helpful picking out frames and ringing me up! Order came in faster than expected--less than a week for glasses and contacts! Thanks, ladies!!!

Ive had corrective lenses for 15 years now, and I must say that the staff and doctor at Ankeny Target Optical are my favorite by far. They are nice, helpful, and make me feel comfortable. Also, they seem better priced than other offices Ive used in the past. Id highly recommend them.

Amazing staff. The doctor actually took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Very intellegiant woman! Never did I feel like they were trying to rush me out, which happens a lot. Great selection of glasses as well. :-)
