Would not recommend Dr. Anderson at all. She is not up to date with current recommendations for pap smears and she also does not bother to follow up with you on the many prescriptions she will put you on! Even when you try, she will not answer you. She specifically told me she wont answer the phone ever or return messages, but only return e-mails via a patient portal, which she does not even do. I have been waiting for weeks with bad symptoms to a daily prescription (in pain) and still with no response after sending three emails. I am switching PCPs. TL;DR...If you are looking for a PCP, you should look elsewhere as her methods are outdated and downright lackadaisical. No individual care is given.

Ive never had a more caring and thorough primary care physician. Dr. Anderson takes the time to listen, asks a ton of questions. Ive been a patient for five years. The office staff are always friendly and helpful -- to the point that Im a bit shocked at the bad reviews. As with any doctor or service provider, a lot rides on how well ones personality mixes with the personality of the doctor and the office culture. Im here to say, Ive had a great experience every time.

Horrible office. horrible practice! I have never had such a bad experience in a doctors office until Doctor Anderson. I couldnt agree more with Jennifers review. She does not care about her patients what so ever. even the women who work at the front desks are wicked unpleasant-- cant even look up and say hi i will be right with you. place is a joke. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone. Do not understand how they are still a up and running facility.

I first met Dr. Anderson in the mid-90s and was immediately thrilled with my choice for PCP. I have had a few complicated medical issues that she handled extremely well. The front desk is top notch. The office is immaculate. Parking is a breeze and traffic to her office from most point is minimal. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson - that is IF she is accepting new patients.
