Awful customer service. The "owner"/ office manager accused me of stealing an insurance check. She went as far as telling my son (who was the actual patient) that he will be "haunted by bad credit" for a long time. When I called the insurance company, the claim officer said that a check hadnt been cashed and that it probably was just missing in the mail. My insurance company immediately made the payment and resolved the matter. I dont think I have ever been as aggravated as I was when dealing with this unprofessional business owner. Just awful.

As a worker was the most awful experience, the make promises on the beginning and never nothing was true, The Manager operation Tatiana McGuire is the most unprofessional person that I saw on all my career, they make me leave my job before for a best opportunity, I trust on them and after a month the fair me by unprofessional, they stole part of my check, and the last Home Draws that I did never I received a reimbursement they are LYING, UNPROFESSIONALS, and THIEVES.

Excellent service. Quick and very gentle blood draw! Ive referred several family members who also prefer this service over any other local lab. The needles are smaller and I barely felt a pinch from the experience workers at premier. They come to my work or home at no charge so the blood work is always on my schedule without any wait. I was even happier when I found out I had no copay with my insurance . Best lab Ive ever dealt with!
