This company allowed a nurses aid, with prior arrest record, to enter our home for a few weeks to take care of my Mother. During that time this aid stole prescription pills and checks from my Mothers pocketbook that she forged. Obviously, Executive Care didnt do a background check on this girl. Furthermore, I found out later that Executive Care was actually warned not to put this girl into anyones home, and the company put them in ours despite that warning. All of this was done, because the service just didnt have enough help on hand. So, they put a person with a prior criminal record into my Mothers home. My Mother was in pain for weeks because the girl stole her Oxycodone medication and it could not be replaced because of the drug classification. Really, we should have sued this company for what they did to us. They should be lucky that all I did instead was write this negative review. Stay away from this company at all costs! Addendum: The companys response below is laughable. They cant look into this any further. They are fully aware that the person they put into my Mothers home had a criminal record and is currently being prosecuted for forging my Mothers checks and stealing items from our home. The pathetic response this company has given shows they absolutely have no concerns about what transpired while my Mother was under their care. I implore everyone reading this review not to consider this company for your home care needs. There is a great home care provider in Red Bank that was very helpful to us after the debacle with this company.
