Ive been coming to this location for 2 years now. I went to place an order for contacts through another vendor and when they called to confirm with Sphere eyecare about my prescription, they would not put it through because they said my prescription had expired 6 months ago. When they called me to tell me, I asked if they could please push this order through because I only have 2 pairs of contacts left (I wear dailys) and I dont wear glasses. They refused and told me I needed an exam before they could do anything. I asked her how long my prescription had been expired for and she said around 6 months, I received no phone call, no follow up, NOTHING telling me it was expired. Ive been walking around like this for 6 months, are 2 weeks really going to matter ??? I asked if I could book an exam and if they would be able to provide me with a few trial pairs then until I could order the new prescription. They also refused, saying they could only give me a trial pair if I ordered the lenses through them. Even with their current promotion, I can still find the same exact contacts for $25 cheaper, I shouldnt be penalized because you cant keep up with your competition. Ive never been refused contacts from a doctor, who is supposed to take care of their patients. I even offered to pay for the trial pair , they still refused. I will not be coming back to this office or any lenscrafter. They only care about money, not the patients well being.

First visit here for an eye exam and new prescriptions, so I wasnt sure what to expect. I was excited to use LensCrafters Clarifye(R) machine, which I learned about from their commercials and website. I love technology, which will take healthcare to new heights. Dr. Patel was great: knowledgeable, responsive and professional. The responsive part is important to me because Ive encountered some doctors who dont like to answer patient queries. But Dr. Patel was refreshing in her willingness to explain things to me.

Although my sons exam went very smoothly and his technician was very professional, informative and patient, I really wish that LensCrafters and/or Sphere EyeCare would clearly post inside their stores and also on the confirmation emails, all insurance plans accepted. Dr. Vaihari Patel has been conducting my eye exams since 2014. She is very caring about her patients, and recently upgraded her office equipment to digital. There are closer optometrists near my home, but I prefer her office for the excellent customer care.
