I was calling for over two weeks to schedule an appointment, but the system was down. When I finally got the appointment it was three months away. Two days prior to the appointment I called to let them know that I was going to be a bit late cause I had to work that day and they told me not to go if I was going to be late and that the next available appointment was 2 1/2 months away. I do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else.

After having my eyes examined at my opthamologist I came here to have my prescription filled. The service was excellent as a knowledgeable and friendly person helped me choose the frame most suitable to my needs. My glasses were ready quite quickly and I must say I am quite satisfied.

Theres always an issue here from appointments misscheduled to overpricing. Although they are very nice they have sneaky tactics so be careful.
