I would not recommend going to this place. The service here is terrible. They are very rude to the customers and instead of helping you fix your problems they create another problem. These ladies shouldnt work in a customer service position if they will talk to their customers with attitudes. Worse service hands down. Avoid at all cost.

I have been going to Dr. Bloch for over 8 years! I used to go to Lenscrafters, but I am so happy that I switched. In the front, Sophia is great and caring! Dr. Bloch explains everything very thoroughly and answers all of my questions. My sister and a few friends see Dr. Bloch as well. Great eye care!

I went there last year and there customer service was very poor I the mechanics was too strong it mess up my eye make one bigger than one I told them it was too strong for my eyes they insist for me to used them my eyes will adjust now am left with a messed up eye
