Stop. Go to the Lab Corp on Sherman. Or expect: "I mislabeled his sperm sample hahahaha" seriously. thats what she said and laughed about hysterically "now I gotta call him and tell him to come back! like ewh? it was so good I need some more!" wish they had remained speaking spanish for this conversation - why they switched to english I cant imagine... it had been non-stop spanish the entire time I was there. Everyone that works there is hispanic. The place is dark, dirty, they didnt know what the curtain was for - drrr for privacy! when there are 2 customers in the room and left the entrance door plus the lab door open so everyone in the waiting room could see them drawing my blood. look dummy when you are drawing a bodily fluid I didnt enjoy a bunch of strangers (ok the waiting room had about 12 dirt covered, dark skinned men in it who seemed to be speaking spanish) staring in at me - dressed to the 9s, let alone god forbid watch me faint and fall out of the damn chair due to sudden blood pressure drop (which I warned you has happened in the past, but you have no bed to lay on.) Btw there is a notice on the glass divider in the waiting room, all the way in the lower left hand corner, tiny and very hard to see, that says email this person if you have comments. I did and got no response. I also wrote comments on a card when I went to the Sherman location. Again no response. Whatever.

The TECH ("IZZY" is what they called her) is VERY unprofessional! RUDE. DOES NOT belong in a public setting. Talks to staff about personal life instead of greeting/giving directions to patient. Acts as though you are bothering Her all while sporting HICKEYS on her neck in plain site!! Then turns her back and never tells you if your study is complete!
