The work performed was fine, neither amazing nor terrible... honestly just average. But I HAVE to give them 1 star for their billing department. If you like improper billing with lots of phone calls because the office cant submit the claims correctly... then this is the place for you! We had services performed January 2015 and we received the bill January 2016. Over a FULL year later. The bill is for the total amount of the service, ~$2500. They STILL have not submitted to our insurance. They are expecting us to pay the full amount and they will reimburse us later, whenever the claim is filed. I dont think so. So I called our insurance and they confirmed that my responsibility was $250, not $2500. This has been going on for over a MONTH now for a service that was performed well over a YEAR ago. As of today, still not resolved. Seriously, avoid this office.

THE WORST DENTIST EVER!! STAY AWAY! I went there 1st time for a cleaning and was told I had a few very small cavities, so tiny that they were just starting. So with entrusting him, I let him fill them 2 at a time. 1st time was so painful I couldnt eat, left me that way for 5 days (bite was wrong). Fixed it [or so I thought ] filled in the others. A few days later I cant eat, cant sleep, constant pain .. he said it was NORMAL. No it isnt. Went to a new dentist. I now need 3 root canals. No pain before and now this. Started talking to someone at pharmacy while getting pain meds, he said they did through same thing to his wife. Except her teeth had to be pulled. WARNING STAY AWAY. when I requested my records, the staff didnt seem surprised and just whispered they were sorry. Like they have heard it before. So sorry I went there

Lots of other issues but the main one is their awful billing department. Agreed to automatic monthly payments, they kept up-ing the payments every few months without my permission, all whilst I never ever as so much received a monthly statement! Had to call my bank and dispute it to get my money back. Dont give them your debit card or bank info!! BEWARE this operation is very shady.

I have been using Dr. Meghadri and Dr. Grewal for over 1 full year now. They are both excellent practitioners in their field of Dentistry. Their facilities are clean and the staff are always well trained to get me in and out of the office at a reasonable waiting time. I would highly recommend West Washington Family Dentistry to any person in the Hackettstown, NJ area.

I highly recommend this office especially Dr. Grewal. Ive always dreaded the dentist but I actually walk into her office excited, Ive gotten a ton of work done here and its all been completely painless. She goes above and beyond to ensure youre comfortable and most importantly that she does an amazing job. Because of her I can smile again and Im forever grateful.

I love this dental office. Very nice. Very clean. Very friendly. Amazing staff. Also very good with kids. I highly recommend this office to anyone especially if youre weary of dentist. They talk you through it and they make sure you are most comfortable during your visit. Ive never had one bad experience. :)

A recent tooth ache made me go to the practice. I had no problems they were more than helpful to get me in and everything was done on time. I read the reviews and was apprehensive but I have had no billing issues. They were courteous and professional.

Decent office no real complaints other than dont expect any pain killers from this office. Youre better off buying it off the street. I was crying in pain and they offered me Motrin like it was going to do anything. LOL

Assistant dropped a syringe on my face, blames HER work on another dentist, claims I wont feel pain yet it still hurts, and she is the most annoying dentist Ive ever had.
