This was my first time at Batavia Family Dental, my appointment was two months away but I was able to get in a week later due to a cancelation. They were on time so I got right in when I arrived. Everyone was super friendly which made the visit very pleasant. My hygienist Debbie was amazing, so upbeat and positive. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Anita Joyce!

The hygienist basically forced me into getting X-rays, even though I firmly stated that I did not want them. Waited a long time for the doctor to come check my teeth so I could leave. I was in the office over an hour. I hadnt been in a while and feel the service has gone down hill. It used to be awesome. Its taking almost two months to get a filling and chip fixed.

Chris is a friendly & thorough hygienist & Dr. Steve is extremely nice. I now go every 4 months & am extremely pleased.
