If you have other options to see a dentist, GO THERE. I had a very bad experience at this place today. Now dont get me wrong, the office is clean and the staff is nice. However, the wait time can be ridiculous even if you have an appointment. Secondly... I told the head dentist that I was in pain due to a broken tooth and yet still, he was very rough and aggressive while extracting my tooth. I understand that teeth can be stubborn and pressure is necessary, but I was yelling out in pain and he did NOT seem to care. He rushed his assistant who was trying to ensure that the process was more comfortable for me. It is not my problem if the office is overbooked, that is an error on the staffs behalf. After reading other reviews, it seems as if I am not the only one that this happened to. Please ensure that these kinds of experiences do not continue, otherwise you will lose more patients and create problems. ***Update I went back a week later for a follow up appointment. The wait time was 45 minutes although I did have an appointment. Not as bad as before, but I was only placed in a room due to the fact that I told the front desk staff that I wasnt supposed to wait this time. After the first bad experience, the manager told me that I wouldnt have to wait to be seen again and that I would receive some sort of compensation for the first mishap. Unfortunately, he was not there the day I arrived. I waited in the room for quite awhile to be looked at, only the check up lasted 2 minutes. I wouldve thought that it would take longer for a thorough inspection of my mouth, given that I had a tooth extraction and needed to be checked for an infection and/or proper healing. Luckily for me, I wasnt in any pain and didnt experience any further damage. My only suggestion at this point is for ALL of the staff to tighten up. If you want to stay in business and get better reviews, please act as if you care. This is peoples health youre dealing with.

Whats the point of making an appointment for a check up and x-rays if you cant get an appointment to get fillings filled when you have the time. I am always tiptoeing around the dentists availability why cant the dentist who does my check up fill my caries? Why do I always have to come back for someone else to do the actual repairs and preventative maintenance? Nice office with lots of modern equipment but not convenient. Update: 6/13/2017 I went in with an appointment the male Dr numbed my mouth and removed the filling that took months for me to get the appt. After about an hour the female Dr came in and started working on my mouth which was no longer numb. When I told her she said she couldnt give me another shot and filled my tooth while I was in pain. I kept putting my hands up for her to stop and she said she was almost done, all the while she and the assistant spoke about lunch over me. Three weeks later I am in more pain than before the filling replacement. I will not go back there and I am currently looking for a new dentist. PS: I worked at a dentists office in a teaching hospital doing medical records for 10 years in another country. Even the students had better bedside manner and work ethic. I will only return to get my records so that I can continue my dental care elsewhere.

please read it before stepping into this Dental office. In 2014 my I came into this Dental office with not much knowledge, expected to get some work done on my teeth. All I remember is from that day, coming in healthy and happy. It didnt take so long to know that I came into an unprofessional shoe maker. Dr Abdyev pulled 4 of my very lovely wisdom teeth the same day I came in, little do I know what kind of damage he made. I still need to get a gum surgery on my lower left side where he pulled my wisdom teeth plus I still need to fix my molar tooth number 18 which already coast me $1,200 to repair and thats all because of Dr abdyev apparently trying to clean my teeth not realizing how bad he ruined it. To summ it all up if you have 5,000$ to repair your teeth after going to him, so then it should be your place of choice. The guy is not any good. And if you dont believe me you could always call my health insurance to see what kind of work he did on my teeth.

Thoroughly disgusted with this place. The head dentist of which they call, Dr. A was highly unprofessional and wow was I unimpressed. Went in for a tooth extraction which I feel was done in the most amateur fashion. The pain was beyond unbearable which lasted with unbelievable pain for more than 10 days. When I went in for a checkup the doctor didnt even allow me to sit on the chair to have a thorough check of my mouth post extraction. With my jacket and bag still on he advised me to open my mouth, put a stick on and went, "ok still not closed." And had me go on my way. I would imagine a professional would do a thorough check to ensure no infections, proper healing, and if any other areas of my mouth are affected. He didnt take the time to ask how I am feeling and managing the pain or if I have any questions. Purely awful. Suffice to say I am going to another dentist to have a second opinion.

I came in for an abscess in my gum line. I was in horrible pain and could not take it anymore. I saw Dr. Arthur Abdiyev. He scheduled me for a yearly cleaning and two sets of x-rays. Really!!!!!!!!!!!! He told me the cleaning would correct the abscess. Guess what I still have the abscess. He charged the insurance for three procedures and never helped me. Insurance fraud at its best!!!!!!! I will report this to Emblem healthcare. Stay clear of this crook. He stuck a needle in the roof of my mouth and never pre-numbed it. I had to pull his hand and the needle out or my mouth. This is the worst service I have ever received. The dental assistant kept taking x-rays in the same spot because I was having difficulty biting down on the x-ray device because I was in pain from my abscess. I will never go here again.

I came to dr. Abdiyev for a root canal procedure after my X rays showed a cavity very close to the root. He explained It in details and took his time to go through the steps. After cleaning the cavity he showed a high level of professionalism by telling me that he can actually avoid the root canal since it can be treated with a medicated filling and save my tooth. I was so grateful since besides saving me the painful procedure, he saved my tooth and saved me money. He then handed me to his dental professional to do the Onlay filling which was done perfectly and he even came in a couple of times to check on the filling and see that it is being done to his level. I highly recommend this place for any dental procedure. You will be very happy.
