Terrible experience! Have been a patient there for over a year and have seen ZERO results! The receptionist is extremely rude and on a power trip...my copay went up for no reason whatsoever and at first she said the reason was because my treatment had changed but I was still receiving the same treatment I had been for several months. Then she came up with other bs reasons why it changed and my copay only when down when I threatened to involve the police because what she was doing was illegal. They then discharged me from the practice for NO reason. Now my skin is in a much worse state than it was when I had first started going there over a year ago. Terrible business, never give them even a penny of your money.

Its surprising that a place with 4 offices has people who are so rude. The woman at the front desk always has an attitude and doesnt treat you right. I got some moles removed on my back and the scars that they let were terrible. For the price they charged the insurance company I could have got a plastic surgeon to leave me with minimal scarring. They seem to not care about the patients and just care about getting their money. Highly recommend anywhere else but here.

What a great office, team, and very professional. Went for a Eczema diagnosis, Doc did a biopsy to understand what he was dealing with before taking any further steps. Biopsy results came back, non cancerous, just a fungal infection. Doc Prescribed mild steroid ointment.. 3 months later you could not tell anything was ever on my skin. Worth traveling to this location to have this team work with you on whatever issue your having.

Rip off. 3 sprays of liquid nitrogen and I have a $350 bill to pay because of my deductible plan. Found out later my primary would have done it for free. Tried to talk to practice manager but he was rude and condescending. Dont go there unless you only have to pay a copay.

This was my first visit. Arrived 8:50am for a 9:00am appt. finally was called to exam room after 1 hour. Still waiting for dr. now another 20mins so far. It is now 10:30am and still waiting!!! I am so aggravated that Im thinking of leaving!!!
