Was a client here for a number of years. My senior dog had pain issues and sudden defication issues. We spent thousands of dollars and in return we received zero answers. The staff is great, the doctor, not so much...at all. Had tests done only to be told we had to go to Henrietta to have interpreted, meaning I had to pay her AND Henrietta, why not just go there to start? This place is only good for shots. Over priced, cold (seems to only care about money not the actual pet), and made me feel like I was being profiled/ discriminated against because I am younger. I have no children, my dogs are my kids and I would do anything for them, so now for them, we will be going to a different vet.
