I went to get fillings done, and was made to come in 5 times to get all of them done (I assume so he could get my co-pay 5 times instead of just once). When I originally went in, I was told I had no cavities, only shadows. Then as he was working on them, he kept changing which tooth he was "worried about" this time. Now, my teeth, which almost NEVER hurt before getting fillings, hurt ALL THE TIME. I cant even chew anything or wash my mouth out with cold water without severe pain. Im definitely not going back there to have him fix whatever he did wrong. The only good thing I can say is that the receptionist is very nice.

I have to complete this review because I feel like the other reviewer here may have had a bad experience and I want people to know that Dr. Ramos has done amazing work on my teeth. He is seriously a dental artist and has saved teeth that I thought were beyond repair. I have no complaints and if you are someone who likes a small office type feel and personal one on one attention from a dentist who knows his patients, then you should seriously consider Washington Family Dental.

I had the most amazing experience. The doctor was clear about my diagnosis and the treatment was a complete successful. In my last visit I received 3 rootcanals which were very complicated and they were done just prefect. I also have 3 crowns which look beautiful and work wonderful. I have been going to this dental office for the past 7 years and I like it. My teeth look very nice, I am very happy.
