Drs. Beth and Jeff Jamison of Honeoye Falls and Livonia Veterinary Hospital have cared for seven dogs and one cat in our family over the past twenty three years. The care was always at the highest level. Our dogs and one cat have gone to them for general checkups, serious surgeries, oncology, endocrinology, and kidney disease. Dr. Beth is an excellent diagnostician,sometimes discovering problems that referred specialists missed. Her laboratory is amazing for what it does, rivaling what is done in some human hospitals. Dr. Jeff, is an excellent surgeon, and I would trust him to perform any surgery that he believes he can do. They are both smart, and caring. They have excellent associates, especially Dr. Karen Boyd. The support staff are always courteous, caring, and very knowledgeable. Over the years, we have been to many veterinarians, both specialists, and generalists while traveling, The Jamisons provide a quality of service that is a level above all in competence.

We have been taking our animals to Honeoye Falls Veterinary since the 60s. We have had many experiences with our animals being sick, getting old, having to put them down due to illnesses, cancer operations, etc. We have always been trreated kindly, always been able to be seen in a timely manner and been very satisfied with the treatments. From Dr. Proper, Dr. Smith, Dr. Guild, Dr. Petti and all the Doctors in between and up to the present time they have always been great to our animals and us. We recently had to have one of our Dogs operated on for Cancer. Dr. Jamison was wonderful to us, calling us at home,and performing the surgery that has been so successful. He is always willing to take the time to answer our questions and we appreciate his skill and understanding. We feel very lucky to have Honeoye Falls Veterinary in our life all these years. In the fall of 2013, our 6 year old cat, Chloe became very sick, very quickly. We took her to Honeoye Falls Veterinary early on a Monday morning. She was dehydrated and barely conscious. The admitted her to the animal hospital and kept her for a week. The communication with the doctors and the staff was incredible. We knew every day, exactly what had transpired and what the prognosis was. They allowed us to visit her every day, and kept us apprised of her progress. A week after her admission, she was sent home, and two weeks later, she had completely recovered. I am sure, that Chloe is alive today, because of the care she received at Honeoye Falls Veterinary. My trust in the Doctors and staff at this animal hospital is absolute.

I LOVE this vet office. The people here are fabulous. They were so helpful and compassionate when my previous dog died (even after we busted into the vet office during lunch time to try to have him seen right before he passed away). He was basically our first child and we were devastated. I received a handwritten card from the vet...it was so nice and so thoughtful. My current dog loves it there too and they are so good with him (he gets scared easy and pees a lot...they dont seem to mind too much!). I have recommended this office to others and I will definitely continue to do so.

I have no even been to this vet yet - our appointment is scheduled for Monday - and our little kitten had some issues prior to the appointment. The lady that answered (I believe her name is Jean) was so incredibly polite and understanding of the worries we had for our kitten. She was reassuring of the care we have been giving him and was delighted to see us at our upcoming appointment after briefing us on what we could do for the kitten before that day comes. I am so thankful for the kindness just shared over the phone - great people, great place!

I have been to 3 different veterinarians prior to 1957 but since going to Honeoye Falls Veterinary I have not considered any dog or any cat to go to another veterinary. There excellent staff love animals and treat my animals as if they were their own. All my dogs Chihuahua, Miniature Schnauzer, and Chow Shepard mix lived full lives (average 14 years) under their care. And stray cats, Snowball and Kitty who succumbed to City Streets. I would take any future animals, and Highly recommend their services. Thank you so much.

I live in Ontario and have a vet less than half a mile up the road, and she is a great vet, but I choose to drive 40 minutes to Honeoye Falls Vet Clinic because i feel so much more at home and my dog loves the doctors there. I love the atmosphere and the wonderful care (which is very personal) there. The drive is well worth it and I would recommend these doctors to anyone. Love this vet office and will never change no matter how far away I move.

We have entrusted our two latest golden retrievers to H. Falls Vets for nearly 20 years. Their friendly and extremely knowledgeable approach has been terrific support to our family through the years. When our youngest one required emergency care the staffs follow up call were much appreciated. Dr. Jamison and his team are there when you need them and help you stay on top of preventive care. I highly recommend them.

Our family has been going to HF vet for over 30 years! We have been happy with all aspects of the veterinary hospital from the kindness of the front staff, the doctors, the techs and the cleanliness of the facility. We have experienced it all from putting down two older dogs to starting out with puppies and we can even throw a cat in! We have been very happy with the hospital and cant imagine going anywhere else!

Excellent staff! Friendly, helpful, kind, and caring to you and your animal(s) This includes everyone who works here. This clinic is a place where they make you feel like family. Highly recommend. They are prompt with following up with any phone calls or emails you send them and their vets will make calls after 5:00, which is helpful with work schedules. I am so grateful for Dr. Jeff and Dr. Beth. Being a breeder of pekingese I needed to find a vet that was caring and knew the breed. They have gone above and beyond with the care of my dogs and for that I am so grateful. Now I have a lab and a poodle and they treat them as if they were their own.
