The front desk folks were super friendly and efficient no complaints on that end. I went in for hip pain never saw a doctor just a PA, they saw me for no more than 5 min and said I prob had a pulled muscle. I thought the pain was a bit too severe to be a pulled muscle so I went to another hospital where I was diagnosed with a torn labrum and arthritis in my hip. So the people were friendly but the medical treatment was lacking to say the least

Forgot to return my drivers license back to me for months. Tore up the whole house looking. Finally they leave a message to come and pick it up. When I didnt get there by the next day they left second (irritated) message. The care is is not what i thought you would be likely to receive. Medical and not needs work.

Front desk is terrible told me a 45 minute wait tops and have been here over an hour and a half. It took the front over 30 minutes to give us paper work to fill out. Better luck going to Mather hospital emergency room, faster service and smiles. I will never come back to this urgent care again. Extremely slow !!!

I always avoid going to the doctors office. My experience with the staff at the PBMC Manorville has left a lasting impression on me and may very well make me more willing to go to the doctor again. Kind and caring people, Dr. Ruggiero was a find. For the first time, I feel like I have a family doctor.

Horrible! I have waited two months for blood results from Dr Jen Vargas. She said she would contact me and no one from the office has. I called for my results and was treated terrible by a secretary named Denise. Very unprofessional, go somewhere else!!!

I have 3 children, needless to say we have a lot of experience with pediatric offices. This is in our opinion, one of the best offices we have ever visited. They are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this practice to every parent.

Walked in with no appt., no problem, was signed in right away, paperwork processed, seen in less than a half hour, problem reviewed to my satisfaction and I was out of there, on a Monday morning, in less than 90 minutes. Ill be back.

Desk people are nice but the doctors take for ever to even get you in the office ive been here 45 extra minutes and still waiting to se a doctor for a scheduled appointment. ....... last time it was much much longer

Didnt have a doctor Seen a PA who didnt check me out or do any test Still sick was there 6 days ago, Guess I needed more then a Z Pack Next time on follow up I will be seeing a doctor
