My boyfriends kids have been going here on n off for a court order never had a problem years ago however they are going there now and the therapist are lying about what the kids are sayin Dss is after the kids to remove them after failing in Jan. Now there has been and old report reopened and added things that never happened these ppl ruin lives this is the absolute worst place to get therapy for your kids its always their word against yours especially cus their are all paid by the same place and lie about whats being said to make your case worse. That is not their job however they seem to think they are doing good but reality is they are doing more harm than good I dont know how they sleep at night knowing that ruin families just get a paycheck its unconstitutional!! If you get a therapist there do not get Lyndsey or Melissa because they will lie about whats being said and done if Dss tell them to!!

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the unethical practice of Dr Kamthen. We were 15 minutes late for one appointment and not only did she cancel my childs future appointments, she refused to refill medication. We went to the dirty clinic and sat and waited and she looked right at me, smiled, and still refused. She is putting my son in a position of medical instability and when I went to request future appointments, she refused as well. Horrible. She is well aware that there is a shortage of child psychiatrists in the area and uses this to her advantage. Do not take your children here. Horrible and treats patients like a factory.

I work in the mental health field. My moms insurance is only reason she comes here. There is always one person t the window and long lines. They dont take about the people in the field they offer to help. The desk workers are exetremely rude and most specialest dont listen or care to patient needs. My mom had surgrey so canceled her appointment and they told her the dr would call her. Only for her to call back and say they do not do that and to come in still sitting here for four hours for my moms meds she needs this place sucks

Excellent facility and staff. I go there for support needed to live with chronic pain. They have a therapy out patient clinic at 16 Union Street and the program I attend is daily intensive outpatient treatment called PROS at 24 Union street.

My son was referred to this place in October it is now the end of November and he still hasnt seen anyone. Every appointment made is canceled. No one is even trying to help. Spare your time and go elsewhere if you can
