Village Lakes is the type of place that treats your pet as if they are family. We travel 45 minutes to continue to see Doc Rupert because he clearly explains every thing including costs and options. He takes his time to make sure our babies feel comfortable and are healthy. The support staff, Cathy and wife Lisa, go out of their way to make sure you have every thing you need before you walk out the door. I was especially impressed when my one dog, Lacey, had an emergency and Doc was away. They faxed records to another vet and even called a few hours later to make sure she was O.K. Their kennels are amazing because each dog has their own run. They truely care there! This is the way a vets place should be.

My rescue cat had been brought to another clinic on a monthly basis numerous times fyor the same problem. I decided to bring her here since I had heard good things about the doctor. The doctor and his staff were wonderful with me and my cat. He treated her for the same problems she had seen other vets for and there has been no recurrence of her health problems. I would highly recommend Village Lakes Vet Hospital. They treat you and your animals like family.

Wonderful Doctor and staff. Very caring, thorough and professional. They adore their patients! I came to them when I couldnt get a satisfactory answer from my cats previous vet on my cats health. They diagnosed a lurking kidney condition quickly and got him on the right food and he is now doing wonderfully. I know several people who bring their pets here and have heard nothing but good things about them.

Dr. Rubbert always takes the time to explain medical procedures and answers my many questions! The staff most definitely conveys a caring and concerned attitude!!! Best most helpful vet I have ever met. Dr.Rubbert has never made a mistake or been wrong. His record with our animals is spotless. If I were an animal, I would want him to be my doctor. This man will treat your animals as if they are his own. His love for his work shows immensely. I cant praise the man enough.

Great Experience! The doctor was very helpful and honest. He has decades of experience caring for animals. In his office, he features photos of himself with exotic animals that he cared for over the years, at the Bronx zoo, etc. I trust his decisions and experience. My vet visit was extronadory.
