With my last dog I was going to a private vet which I always was dreading, it was dark and unfriendly. Banfield is the complete opposite of this! I love coming to Banfield and so does my puppy Olaf! Banfield is Welcoming, Bright, Friendly and Convenient. All staff members welcome your pet your name making you feel at home. The wait time to see the Vet is never more than 5 minutes. And you are in and out in less than 20 minutes. The Dr. and staff members are all knowledgeable as well. The program Banfield offers pays for itself - Ask about their puppy program! You are able to see the vet whenever about what ever at no additional cost. Also there are Banfield locations virtually everywhere in the US so if you move you dont need to worry about finding a new vet facility. I highly recommend Dr. Light! He is the vet my puppy sees and he is simply the best! Personable, knowledgeable, funny and takes the time to really get to know you and your pet! He makes not coming to the vet not only easy but fun! My whole family and dog look forward to seeing him every visit!

They were great! My little beagle puppy was very sick and even though it was a last minute appointment and they were completely booked they squeezed her right in and took great care of her!

They have been very good since I complained to make it as nice as possible since the incident with my dog. He is recovering and doing well, EL is the best tech here, ask for him.
