Well lets see. I am reading all these reviews and they seem so generic. Here is the truth about these guys. I set up an appointment to get a procedure done and i showed up. They told me they had to do a consultation that will cost me $385. $385 to talk to a doctor and set up a treatment plan wow. So I talk to the doctor and he insisted on me getting a CT scan and thats what the $385 was for. This place isnt for anybody who cant afford the $300 per visit. If you dont have insurance. Forget about this place. They charge more per procedure if you don’t. They punish you for not having insurance. What kind of doctors do that. The lady at the front must own the place and or at least she thinks she does. I also think they double charge for all procedures. I had a deep cleaning done that my insurance covered but they charged me $140. Then when it came to the one my insurance covered they were done in like 5 mins They trap you into procedures that insurance dont cover so they can charge you your life savings. I mean how did dentist ever do any work before there were CT machines. They make it seem like they couldnt. I would not recommend them to anybody and I hope you guys find this helpful. This place is the best...and I mean THE BEST. Ive been to a couple places in the past for denture and bridge work with unfavorable results. And as a result I didnt smile much, which was a crusher for me because Im an up-beat kind of person (who had his hand over his mouth all the time to hide it).. BUT NOT ANYMORE....Dr. Jia is my dentist and what struck me immediately was the time she took with me at my first visit to understand me in what I thought was wrong, what I wanted, what she could do, and what I could expect to have at the finish. She did exactly what she said she was going to do and I havent stopped smiling since. The attention to detail she showed was exemplary. These dentures and bridge are perfect !! I would recommend her to everyone I know....my wife will be going next. (And if I recommend my wife to something, you know its the best !) Very Sincerely, Smiling Dave

I had to reachedule my appointment twice after being told the wrong time both times they called to confirm. . And then got a speal about how busy the doctor is and I need to stop rescheduling.. I was also told my insurance dosnt cover a CT scan so I paid out of pocket for it $(380) to find out my insurance covers it but they couldnt bill them because technically a CT falls under medical.. and not dental .. instead of them saying that they just said my insurance dosnt cover it! Getting them to send me the bill to submitt to my insurance took 2 calls into them for me to actually receive it. Funny part is, this was my first impression as that appointment was my first appointment with them. Plan to change asap to say the least. Really wish I read all the reviews before I came here as I see Im not the only one they talked Into the unnecessary CT scan.

I would not recommend this establishment not only are the receptionist rude the staff is pushy and inconsiderate. Counted 12 times they called my son a girl each time being corrected. They also went on to push me to sign up then pushed for my my spouse to switch there until... They found out we have different insurance and are not married then I got a bible lecture from the assistant and advised that they are a christian buisness. After all the chaos and of course my frustrations being there with 2 toddlers for an exam to start prek they refused to even give me a visit summary proving they were seen and had no cavities etc.

If you can get past the disorganization of the front office and thier lack of communication they are a great dentistry but good luck. The front office will miss communicate with you for sure give you wrong appointment dates from what they say on the phone and they will tell you that they take your insurance but you will end up having to pay them anyway because they will turn around and say well we do take that insurance then say but we dont when you get there. Totally disappointed that the front end of this office lacks the normal people skills to conduct business.

I havent been to the Denist in years, so I was nervous initially. That didnt last long. I was called back quickly and greeted by Marcy. She was AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything. She was so encouraging. After Marcy finished my X-rays and pictures I met with Dr.Jia. She was encouraging and professional. I needed another appointment to get some work done and they were able to get me in later that week! I will recommend Greece Family Denist to everyone I know. They are THE BEST. Im excited for my next appointment.

This is a reply to your reply on my last one. You use that ct scan machine as a way to trap people into your services. You say you have to get it but they will knock that off the next procedure. I think that is a clear case of entrapment. I went to another dentist that is doing the same procedure using an xray machine with no complications. So I dont get why you think everybody that comes in your office needs it. Insurance dont cover it and it was a bad investment on your part. Why should I have to pay for it. What a joke

We have been going to Greece Family Dentistry since Dr. Campo was there, really since my husband was a child. Dr. Cabrera is a very knowledgeable yet warm, compassionate, and gentle dentist. Just as Dr. Campo did before him, Dr. Cabrera really takes the time to get to know his patients. His staff members are wonderful. We have three children who also loved going here and never had any fear. If it werent for the fact that we recently moved out of state, we would certainly still be patients at Greece Family Dentistry!

If you are looking for a new dentist office, please do yourself a favor and choose Greece Family Dentistry. I recently switched over from another dentist and couldnt be happier. For people who pay out of pocket like I do, their prices are extremely reasonable, costing me less than my previous dentist. They take the time to answer your questions, educate you, and I never feel like Im just a number. Everyone is very friendly and personable. I can not say enough good things about this office. Thanks Dr. Cabrera and staff!

I absolutely love this place. Everyone on the staff makes me feel very comfortable and at home. Ive had my fair share of dentist visits over the years due to a genetic disorder that I have by the name of dentinogenesis imperfecta so I know a good dentist when I see one. Just recently had the first phase of my complete restoration done by Dr. Cabrera and couldnt be happier. My wife has also switched to this dentist and is getting much better care than she has ever had in the past. Highly recommend going here!

Dr. Cabrera and everyone at Greece Family Dentistry and Implantology are wonderful. They are just great at what they do and I could not be happier to be a patient of theirs. Dr. Cabrera is an excellent dentist and I appreciate his willingness to make me feel comfortable by being understanding and gentle. Not only do I love Dr. Cabrera but his staff are very pleasant as well, one of his assistants who worked on me was just terrific. I have only great things to say about this office.
