They ruined my eye! DO NOT GO HERE! I went to reed for Glaucoma surgery, 2 years ago. From the moment I walked out of surgery, I have been seeing ,what seems to be like two horizontal lines, like scratches, in my field of vision. ( like looking through a tri focal lens).very annoying when driving at night! or watching TV. I called the office to explain my problem. over the phone I was told the symptoms are floaters very common in people my age (49). "I have talked to people with floaters, nothing like it!" So I went in to the office for them to look in my eyes. No floaters ," cant see anything wrong," is what they tell me ! The lines will go away, So I get a second opinion. When you have this type of surgery , they put a small hole by laser in the cornea to allow pressure to drain. My dad has had the same surgery with no problem. I went to another specialist and he said the hole was placed improperly, great! now what! After many unreturned phone calls, I decided to write Dr. Reed a letter, No Response as I expected. Now I am stuck with this forever! I would never go to this office again nor recommend to anyone. This is not just a scar on my arm,people this I my eye that will never see the way I did before I went to Reed Eye Assoc. BIG MISTAKE! They wont stand behind their work!

Awful! I am a new patient. Had an eye exam 3 weeks ago tomorrow. I am still waiting for my trial contact lenses today. I have called and been told someone is going to look into it and call me back. No one ever did. Called again today, still no trials. I finally said can you just give me my prescription so I can order lenses some where else? Response: The doctor isnt here today. I will have him write it for you tomorrow. Unapologetic about any of this. I will not return there once I have my prescription given to me. Horrible customer service. You would think they would value a new patient. So not the case!

New patient, in the market for a new doctor, glasses & contacts. As requested I showed up 10 min early and 55 min later Im still sitting in the waiting room. Multiple staff members just hanging out and talking meanwhile Im sitting right there in front of them. Front desk never checked me in and misplaced my paperwork which had my personal information. Needless to say I just left. No apologetic call after the fact from upper management. Perfect example of how NOT to treat a new client! Dont waste your time folks!
